Taking Xinjiang Agricultural University as an example, based on Rain Classroom and Dingding platform, the linear algebra course changes the current situation of "emphasizing theory and ignoring application" in traditional mathematics classrooms, adding applied teaching cases with the background of industry and agriculture, using online and offline The blended teaching mode, through inquiry-based and case-based teaching methods and students' autonomous learning and discussion methods, develops from a teaching mode focusing on "teaching" to focusing on "learning". The teaching mode has been comprehensively reformed, and satisfactory results have been achieved.

This article examines the female figures in Eileen Chang’s works, exploring their female consciousness in different social environments and historical backgrounds, as well as the influence of Eileen Chang’s legendary experiences on their formation. This article delves into the female consciousness depicted in Eileen Chang’s works, revealing her contributions to modern Chinese literature and social culture. The female consciousness in Eileen Chang’s works reflects her concern for the status of women and serves as a critique of patriarchal society and feudal culture. The female characters portrayed by Eileen Chang exhibit strong individuality and self-awareness, yet they still struggle to break free from the constraints of patriarchal society and feudal culture, losing themselves in the “foreign enclave society”. Eileen Chang’s legendary life greatly impacted the development of her female consciousness.

In this study, the enrichment of the major oxide, trace element/heavy metal and rare earth element contents of the rocks outcropping in Kısacık and its vicinity (Ayvacık-Çanakkale/Türkiye) were investigated. The rocks in the field were handled in 5 groups, and whole rock analyses were carried out for 22 samples collected representing these rock groups and Element Enrichment Factor (EEF) of the major oxide, trace element/heavy metal and rare earth element contents of the rocks were calculated. As a result, it was determined that the Kısacık volcanics were enriched in SiO₂, Fe₂O₃, K₂O, Be, Co, Cs, Th, U, W, La, Eu, Tm, Yb, Lu, Mo, As, Cd, Sb, Bi and Hg elements at a rate of >1 to >150 according to the upper crust values, and the Fe₂O₃, MgO, CaO, TiO₂, P₂O₅, MnO, Cr, Sc, Co, Nb, Sr, Mo, Cu, Ni, Cad, Sb, Bi, V, Cu and Cd concentrations of the Ophiolitic Mélange were enriched in ratios ranging from >1 to >36 according to the upper crust values. It has been also observed that the listvenitic rocks in the Ophiolitic Mélange are enriched in Cr, Co, Ni, As and Hg elements compared to the upper crust. As to Kazdağ Group, MgO, CaO, K₂O, MnO, Cr, Co, Ta, U, W, Mo, Cu, Ni, As and Cd were enriched. Listvenite were enriched in SiO₂, Fe₂O₃, MgO, Mn, Cr, Co, Ni, As, Sb and Hg at a rate of >1 to >32 according to the upper crust values. When the rocks in the area were evaluated together, some oxides (e.g., CaO, MgO, Fe₂O₃, TiO₂) and elements (e.g., Cr, Ni, Co) were enriched due to parental rock, while some oxides (e.g., SiO₂, K₂O and MnO) and elements (As, Sb, Hg) were enriched due to epigenic processes such as hydrothermal alteration and weathering.

Historically, women have faced progressive and persistent obstacles and prejudices preventing them from fully participating in and receiving recognition for scientific research in academia. In Panama, local gender studies specifically targeting the area of academia are scarce. However, to close the gender gap, this article tries to uncover the realities of women academics who dare to research and do science in Panama, beyond statistics. A virtual survey was distributed from May to August 2023, in which 921 academics (45% men and 55% women) affiliated with public universities in Panama were surveyed. Through an empirical analysis from a gender perspective, participants’ attitudes and perceptions on the effects of the covid-19 pandemic on research, the quality of higher education in Panama, the dissemination and transmission of knowledge, and research as an adjuvant to higher education were revealed. Findings reiterate the gender bias and underrepresentation of women in Panamanian public universities and the lack of commitment to their capacity building, research, and dissemination of results. It also confirmed that, despite the covid-19 pandemic and its negative effects in all areas, the importance and recognition of scientific research were highlighted, allowing women academics to excel competitively and take advantage of new opportunities in their career development.

In the current context of new engineering, the teaching of the course "Civil Engineering Construction Organization and Management" should be targeted and focused. In terms of setting up the course content, schools need to engage in extensive communication and cooperation with enterprises and industry associations, and integrate more practical education elements into the teaching methods to ensure that students can achieve a unity of knowledge and action; In relevant course teaching, teachers should also introduce more ideological and political elements to improve students' ideological and moral literacy. This article analyzes and explores the teaching reform of the course "Civil Engineering Construction Organization and Management" in the context of the new engineering discipline.

With the necessity of the development of the national economy and society and the connotation of higher education to create a golden course, the translation talents of colleges and universities need to be cultivated from many aspects in this process. Schools need high-quality cultural construction when teaching, and also need conduct teaching research exploration and teacher teaching skills training and teaching evaluation, so that students can gain something as they learn. Especially under the background of “golden class”, translation talents in local colleges and universities need to develop specific educational content according to local culture. In this process, it is necessary to build a talent training model in colleges and universities. It is also necessary to pay attention to the combination of form and content, and to develop research in-depth, teachers should carry out effective professional teaching enlightenment guidance in the teaching process, effectively guarantee students’ career planning, and guide talent training.
