The study proposes InnovateMath, a transformative program aiming to revitalize curriculum design, promote innovative teaching, and address faculty challenges. The program emphasizes collaboration, technology integration, and ongoing support networks to enhance mathematics education.

Research on the Integration Mechanism of “Teaching Evaluation” and “Learning Evaluation”

In the educational evaluation system, “teaching evaluation” and “learning evaluation” are two complementary key links, and their effective integration is of great significance for improving teaching quality and promoting the comprehensive development of students. This paper aims to explore the strategies for constructing the integration mechanism of “teaching evaluation” and “learning evaluation”. Through data analysis and practical induction, it studies and judges the misunderstandings existing in the current “teaching evaluation” and “learning evaluation”. At the same time, it clarifies the difficulties faced by the integration of “teaching evaluation” and “learning evaluation”, including insufficient attention, serious formalism, separation of “teaching evaluation” and “learning evaluation”, lack of long-term effectiveness, and single form of evaluation. Finally, this paper proposes specific paths to achieve the integration of “teaching evaluation” and “learning evaluation”, including strengthening training and education, deepening the understanding of the connotation of evaluation; coordinating multiple subjects to build a scientific evaluation system; breaking down communication barriers and building bridges for interactive evaluation.

This paper examines the origins, historical evolution, and cultural significance of the Reba dance in Tibetan society. By detailing specific movements and artistic expressions, the study showcases the practical and artistic value of the Reba dance in training. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of preserving the Reba dance as intangible cultural heritage, advocating for its protection and integration with modern art to ensure its continued legacy.

Value for money financial governance, level of investment, and quality of regional development in Indonesia

Introduction/Main objectives: This study aims to test the influence of the application of the concept of value for money on regional government financial management at the quality level of regional development, which is determined by the level of foreign and domestic investment in local governments. Background problems: State the problem or economic/business phenomena studied in this paper and specify the research question(s) in one sentence. Novelty: This study has a research model that has yet to be widely carried out in Indonesia, namely, a moderated model regression analysis of the value concept for money on the quality of regional development with investment as a moderating variable. Research methods: This study uses data on financial performance, domestic and foreign investment levels, and human development index of 34 provincial governments from 2017 to 2021. This research data comes from the website of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The data collected in this study is then analyzed using moderated regression analysis (MRA) with the SPSS ver 23.0 application. Findings/Results: The findings in the research show that the application of value for money ( economics, efficiency, and effectiveness ) from local government financial governance can influence the quality of regional development in Indonesia’s provinces in 2017–2021. In addition, the existence of foreign and domestic investment in the provincial government also strengthens the influence of value-for-money financial governance on the quality level of regional development in the provincial government. Conclusion: Based on existing research, local government financial management applies the concept that value for money needs to be increased to create optimal public services to improve the quality of human development in the regions. Regional governments are also expected to be able to encourage the level of capital investment both domestically and abroad to support the creation of development that can strengthen the quality of regional development in the regions.

Environmental and energy indicators in Latin America and the Caribbean: An evaluation from multivariate techniques on sustainability

In the current context of concern about the environmental impacts of human activity, the focus on sustainable development and environmental impact assessment (EIA) has gained prominence. The Brundtland Commission highlights the importance of meeting present needs without compromising future ones, leading to international treaties and public policies to address the environmental crisis. Moreover, the Latin American and Caribbean Initiative for Sustainable Development (ILAC) seeks to promote sustainable development in key areas in Latin America and the Caribbean. Among them, energy efficiency and destination are crucial for sustainable use of energy resources and emission reduction. The aim of this article is to examine the evolution of variables and countries regarding installed capacity to produce electricity, renewable primary energy supply share, and fossil-fuel subsidies through Dynamic biplots and multivariate analyses. Trends in the increase of renewable energy production capacity are shown. In contrast, the correlation between the share of fossil fuel subsidies and the share of renewable primary energy supply presents a weak inverse relationship. Therefore, although progress has been made toward using cleaner energies and the consumption and subsidization of fossil fuels have decreased, some countries still depend significantly on non-renewable sources. It is concluded that even when environmental information presents challenges, analyzing indicators and conceptual models contributes to understanding environmental dynamics and progress toward sustainable development in the region, especially through creating and implementing public policies.
