In the face of growing disruptions within the unconventional business environment, this study focuses on enhancing supply chain resilience through strategically reforming resources. It highlights the importance of understanding the dynamics and interactions of resources to tackle supply chain vulnerability (SCV) in the manufacturing sector. Employing the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) methodology alongside an adapted Analytic Network Process (ANP), the research investigates supply chain vulnerabilities in Pakistan’s large-scale manufacturing (LSM) public sector firms. The DANP method, through expert questionnaires, helps validate a theoretical framework by assessing the interconnectedness of supply chain readiness dimensions and criteria. Findings underscore Resource Reformation (RR) as a critical dimension, with the positive restructuring of resources identified as pivotal for public sector firms to align their operations with disruption magnitudes, advocating for a detailed analysis of resource utilization.
This study investigates the significance of data analytics in digital marketing for sustainable business growth. Data analytics has become an indispensable instrument in the world of digital marketing, offering organisations the means to achieve sustainable growth while minimising their environmental impact. We gathered data from 273 marketing and business consultants, chosen for their expertise in digital channels and data analytics, using a survey research design. The questionnaire, which was validated through expert review and pilot testing, assessed the relationship between data analytics utilization and its impact on competitive advantage and business optimization. We conducted statistical analyses, including descriptive and inferential statistics, using SPSS version 25.0. Findings reveal a significant correlation between data analytics adoption in digital marketing and sustainable business competitive advantage, as well as a notable impact on business optimization. Recommendations emphasise the strategic importance of customer segmentation and predictive analytics in leveraging data analytics for targeted marketing campaigns and proactive adjustments to market trends. This study underscores the indispensability of data analytics in the evolving digital marketing landscape, offering actionable insights for businesses seeking sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
This study investigates how financial literacy affects the financial health of Saudi Arabian banking industry workers in Saudi Arabia. The study uses a sample of 183 individuals and a comprehensive framework that includes components like financial behaviour, risk management, financial planning, financial knowledge, financial confidence, financial communication, and overall financial pleasure. The study finds strong positive correlations between many aspects of financial well-being and financial literacy through correlation and regression analysis. Notably, risk management, financial behaviour, overall financial contentment, and financial confidence are all positively impacted by financial literacy. The results underscore the multifaceted character of financial well-being and underscore the critical function of financial literacy in moulding favourable financial consequences. Furthermore, the study pinpoints particular domains in which focused financial literacy initiatives might be executed to augment the general financial welfare of banking industry staff members. The study sheds light on the relationship between financial literacy and well-being in a particular occupational context, which is significant information for both the academic and practical domains. The banking industry needs customized financial education programs because of the social and management ramifications. These programs will help the community’s overall financial health in addition to providing benefits to individual employees. In its conclusion, the study makes recommendations for other research directions, such as longitudinal studies and examinations of the function of digital financial literacy in the changing banking environment.
Personal data privacy regulation and mitigation are critical in implementing financial technology (fintech). Problems with fintech users’ data might result from data breaches, improper usage, and trade. Issues with personal data will result in financial losses, crimes, and violations of personal information. This legal research used three approaches: conceptual, comparative, and statute-based. In order to implement the statutory method, all laws and regulations pertaining to the legal concerns of information technology, fintech, personal data security, and protection are reviewed. Due to the nature of the sources of data, this study mainly used literature study and document observation to collect the data. Then, legal interpretation, legal reasoning, and legal argumentation are all included in the qualitative juridical analysis. This article recommends two strategies that Indonesia should take to provide personal data protection, including: 1) establishing the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC); and 2) improving the financial literacy of consumers.
This study aims to apply mathematical modelling methods focusing on the fishing songs of Poyang Lake for its conservation and digital reform. Through the principles of abstraction, model building and parameter estimation of mathematical modelling, we will quantitatively analyse the efficiency of cultural heritage and the degree of influence of digital reform. Specific methods include time series analysis, data mining and optimisation models. These tools will provide theoretical support and quantify the complexity of the problem by introducing corresponding mathematical models and formulas.
