The problem of the synthesis of new type nanomaterials in the form of nano-coatings with sub-nanometric heterogeneity has been formulated. It has been presented an analysis of influences of physical vapor deposition in ultrahigh vacuum on the process of intermixing a film with a substrate, including the results, which has been obtained under the formation of transition metal – silicon interface. The generalization of the obtained experimental results develops an approach to the development of new nano-coatings with low-dimensional heterogeneity. The principles of constructing such low-dimensional nano-coatings, their properties and possible applications are considered.
In this study, the development of rinnenkarren systems is analyzed. During the field studies, 36 rinnenkarren systems were investigated. The width and depth were measured at every 10 cm on the main channels and then shape was calculated to these places (the quotient of channel width and depth). Water flow was performed on artificial rinnenkarren system. A relation was looked for between the density of tributary channels and the average shape of the main channel, between the distance of tributary channels from each other and the shape of a given place of the main channel. The density and total length of the tributary channels on the lower and upper sections of the main channels being narrow at their lower end (11 pieces) and being wide at their lower end (10 pieces) of the rinnenkarren systems were calculated as well as their average proportional distance from the lower end of the main channel. The number of channel hollows was determined on the lower and upper sections of these main channels. It can be stated that the average shape of the main channel calculated to its total length depends on the density of the tributary channels and on the distance of tributary channels from each other. The main channel shape is smaller if less water flows on the floor for a long time because of the small density of the tributary channels and the great distance between the tributary channels. In this case, the channel deepens, but it does not widen. The width of the main channel depends on the number and location of the rivulets developing on channel-free relief. The main channel becomes narrow towards its lower end if the tributary rivulets are denser and longer on the upper part of the main rivulet developing on the channel-free, plain terrain and their distance is larger compared to the lower end. The channel hollows develop mainly at those places where the later developing tributary channels are hanging above the floor of the main channel. Thus, the former ones are younger than the latter ones. It can be stated that the morphology of the main channels (shape, channel hollows, and width changes of the main channel) is determined by the tributary channels (their number, location and age).
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, KH2PO4 (KDP) crystal is an excellent electro-optical nonlinear optical crystal with large electro-optical nonlinear coefficient, high laser damage threshold, and laser frequency doubling effect, electro-optical effect , Piezoelectric effects and other special features, widely used in inertial confinement fusion engineering (ICF) and electro-optical switching devices. Therefore, its growth mechanism, growth process and performance have been systematically studied. In the process of KDP crystal growth, it is found that the stability of the growth solution is an important factor affecting the quality of crystal growth. Therefore, in recent years, more and more research on the stability of the solution, such as the study of ph, doping, supersaturation, overheating time on the stability of the solution. Among them, the research on the doping is mostly reported, and the research on this aspect is mainly focused on two aspects. On the one hand, it is the study of the stability of the solution under doping, and the other is the effect of doping on the optical quality of the crystal. In fact, the stability of the growth solution and the quality of crystal growth is directly related to the quality, but the existing research to isolate the two researches. Therefore, the experiment will be carried out in the case of double-doped KDP solution stability, KDP crystal growth and crystal optical quality and other experiments, and in-depth analysis of the impact of solution stability and crystal optical quality of the reasons, while the solution stability and The relationship between the optical quality of the crystal is briefly analyzed.
Lianghuai Mining Area is one of the 13 large coal bases in China. It is an important coal and coal production base in China. Mine water inrush accidents occur frequently, resulting in economic and human resource losses, reflecting the importance of the study of hydrogeology in mining areas. In this paper, the hydrogeological conditions of Bozhou and Huainan Panxie mine are analyzed, and the similarities and differences between the hydrogeological conditions of the two mines are summarized. The shallow pore water group in the Bozhou area is composed of the Quaternary system of the Quaternary system (Q4d) and the upper part of the upper part of the Mao Tong group (Q3m). The lithology of the aquifer is silt, silt and fine sand. The shallow pore water group of the Panxian Pancho Formation in Huainan is composed of the Upper Pleistocene of the Quaternary system and the Holocene strata. The lithology is mainly composed of fine sand. The main sources of shallow pore water supply in the two areas are precipitation infiltration, mainly for evaporation, lateral runoff, artificial mining and deep flow and discharge to the river.
