The objective of this study was to examine the impact of utilizing smart algorithms on enhancing the operational performance of sports facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These algorithms, based on principles and concepts of artificial intelligence, aim to achieve functions such as learning, decision-making, data analysis, pattern recognition, planning, and problem-solving. The study aimed to identify the extent to which smart algorithms are utilized in sports facilities, assess the level of operational performance, explore the correlation between the use of smart algorithms and operational performance, and predict the level of operational performance based on the use of smart algorithms. The study employed a descriptive approach, specifically utilizing a survey study method. Participants included chairmen and members of boards of directors, executive directors, sports directors, administrators, specialists, and members of various committees. The study sample was intentionally selected from different categories within the study population. Two questionnaires were used to collect data from 325 participants. The findings revealed a lack of utilization of smart algorithms in sports facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, indicating a low level of operational performance. Additionally, a correlation was observed between the use of smart algorithms and operational performance, suggesting that the level of operational performance can be predicted based on the utilization of smart algorithms. The study concludes that the implementation of intelligent algorithms can enhance the operational performance of sports facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It provides valuable insights into the effects of utilizing smart algorithms on improving operational performance.

This study further explores women’s role in top management in Indonesia, where men still dominate that position. This study underlines the role of women’s boards of commissioners in producing better financial performance in the specific sectors, manufacturing and service sectors, where the power of women to lead these sectors is more optimal. The sample is selected from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2009–2018. The final sample is 780 observations. This study applies panel data, which is more robust when controlling heterogeneity. Data panel regression is applied to analyze data. This study finds that gender diversity harms market-based performance, while from accounting-based measures, gender diversity has a significant positive effect. This study is applied explicitly in the manufacturing and services industrial sectors; therefore, carefully generalizing the results is necessary. Research in other specific sectors is very open to obtaining specific results in various industries, including developing countries other than Indonesia. The market has not trusted the role of women in top management; there is still a kind of ‘hidden distrust’ about the capabilities of women in running the top leadership captain. The market needs more substantial evidence to believe in women’s performance on the board of directors. Therefore, it is necessary to provide wider opportunities for women to sit on the board of commissioners, as much as men have.

The purpose of the study is to create proposals and recommendations to improve the system evaluating the quality of governance and efficient use of budget funds in order to improve public welfare and sustainable development. The research methodology included application of statistical methods to review scientific articles, legislative acts and other documents, study models for evaluating the quality of governance and efficient use of budget funds. Mathematical modeling and forecasting methods were also used to assess aspects of governance and predict the results when changes are made, including building a trend model and determining the forecast values of accrued taxes and mandatory payments for 2024–2026. The conclusions highlight there is a positive correlation between the accrued taxes and mandatory payments to the budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and an economic growth and changes in tax legislation. The key factors influencing the quality of governance and efficient use of budget funds were identified. Recommendations were developed to improve the quality assessment system and governance of budget funds in order to increase efficiency and responsibility in financial management. The results of the study can be used by public administration bodies and financial institutions to optimize the governance of budget funds.

The technological infrastructure is the basis for the successful implementation and operation of information systems in small and medium enterprises. The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of cybersecurity on entrepreneurship strategies in small and medium enterprises. Through technological infrastructure in Balqa Governorate. The study population consisted of small and medium enterprises in Balqa Governorate in Jordan. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach and relied on the questionnaire to collect data. The sample size was 360 individuals were randomly select. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was use to analyze the data. The study reached a set of results, including that the management of small and medium enterprises is committed to continuous supervision and control of customer information. Dealing with reliable parties to ensure the confidentiality of information, following strict standards for disclosure and circulation of customer data and information based on legal texts. Maintaining the privacy of customers’ financial data, in addition to supporting the successes of individuals based on the personal efforts of employees, providing a suitable work environment for employees, sustaining excellence and achievement, and working to increase awareness among its employees of the importance of innovation and creativity in work. The study recommended that customer data confidentiality should be consider a top priority for small and medium enterprises. The data should be stored in more than one place at the same time, that project websites should follow a privacy policy, and that the customer’s identity should be verify before submitting his data and documents, by involving employees in small and medium enterprises in specialized courses and workshops to demonstrate the importance of data and information confidentiality.
