The ways that managers at various firms manage their human resources are significantly impacted by technology. This study investigated the efficacy of embedding IT in Human Resources (HR) practices in Education Management. More attention was also put on the effect of IT tools used in HR processes on education management, the relationship between IT embedded HR practices and education management, the effect of benefits of using IT in HR Processes on education management. The study used a cross-sectional survey design and data was collected from 320 HR professionals from the education sector of Greece and 10 officials from the ministry of education of Greece using a survey questionnaire and interview guide respectively. The study revealed that IT tools used in HR processes and IT embedded HR practices have a positive effect on education management. It was also confirmed that benefits of using IT in HR Processes positively influence the level of education management. The activities of the human resources department have changed as a result of technical developments like as software, devices, and the Internet of Things. In a larger sense, technology has changed how businesses conduct their operations throughout the world. The operation of human resource practices has seen a significant increase in communication within Greece's educational sector. It is important for different education institutions to focus on training HR managers on using different IT tools so as to enhance the quality of education management.

The key to the practice of labor education in Traditional Chinese Medicine specialty lies in how to integrate the relevant knowledge of TCM into the practice of labor education. At present, the main problems existing in the education practice of labor education in TCM are as follows: the cognition of labor education lags behind, and the education practice is hindered; the content of labor education is outdated and not highly related to the profession. Labor education is down to form, not much help to professional personnel cultivation. If labor education wants to achieve the education effect in the training process of TCM professionals, it needs to: reflect the latest development direction of TCM field; Highlight the ideological content of TCM; Reveal the whole chain of TCM industry; Organic integration with the study of TCM.

The enactment of a series of educational policies and regulations signifies the entry of China’s basic education into a new era. This paper explores new opportunities for the development of rural family education following the implementation of national policies and rural strategies. It also identifies the new challenges faced by rural family education in this new era, combining regional practices, and proposes strategies to address these challenges, aiming to assist in the development of family education in rural areas.

The growing global recognition of leadership diversity and the acknowledgment of women's contributions to higher education necessitate the appointment of women to leadership positions within academic institutions, which is essential for promoting inclusivity and improving educational outcomes. This study employed a qualitative descriptive research methodology to examine the role of women in leadership positions within higher education institutions, with the objective of empowering women and improving the quality of education offered. The results demonstrate that women in leadership positions adeptly tackle institutional difficulties through inventive and adaptable solutions, enhancing academic quality significantly. The findings highlight the importance of robust policies and organizational backing in facilitating women's achievement of quality goals via leadership. The report suggests that universities, colleges, and departments should implement quotas to ensure women's presence and active participation on their boards, as well as training programs to support female leaders in improving academic achievement. These ideas seek to improve the quality of higher education by creating more sustainable and progressive classroom environments.
