During the "14th Five Year Plan" period, in the face of the overall situation of the great rejuvenation strategy of the Chinese nation and the unprecedented changes in the world in a century, sports need to base itself on the new development stage, implement the new development concept, and build a Dual circulation. College students, as reserve talents in various fields of our country, building a good college sports culture is crucial to the development of sports in our country This article analyzes the role of university sports stars in the construction of university sports culture from the perspective of spiritual culture, and puts forward suggestions on how to better play the role of university sports stars in the construction of university sports culture, including improving the material foundation, selecting suitable university sports stars, promoting the comprehensive improvement of the comprehensive quality of university sports stars, standardizing and refining the work of sports related departments To provide ideas for the construction of sports culture in universities, we should organize more sports competitions and diverse sports activities, do a good job in promoting sports stars in universities, and shape distinctive sports projects around the expertise of sports stars in universities.
The challenge of rural electrification has become more challenging today than ever before. Grid-connected and off-grid microgrid systems are playing a very important role in this problem. Examining each component’s ideal size, facility system reactions, and other microgrid analyses, this paper proposes the design and implementation of an off-grid hybrid microgrid in Chittagong and Faridpur with various load dispatch strategies. The hybrid microgrids with a load of 23.31 kW and the following five dispatch algorithms have been optimized: (i) load following, (ii) HOMER predictive, (iii) combined dispatch, (iv) generator order, and (v) cycle charging dispatch approach. The proposed microgrids have been optimized to reduce the net present cost, CO2 emissions, and levelized cost of energy. All five dispatch strategies for the two microgrids have been analyzed in HOMER Pro. Power system reactions and feasibility analyses of microgrids have been performed using ETAP simulation software. For both the considered locations, the results propound that load-following is the outperforming approach, which has the lowest energy cost of $0.1728/kWh, operational cost of $2944.13, present cost of $127,528.10, and CO2 emission of 2746 kg/year for the Chittagong microgrid and the lowest energy cost of $0.2030/kWh, operating cost of $3530.34, present cost of 149,287.30, and CO2 emission of 3256 kg/year for the Faridpur microgrid with a steady reaction of the power system.
The Western capitalist system is an important part of the economy and society of the contemporary world, and it has played a huge role in the past few centuries. Nonetheless, with the continuous development of globalization, technological revolution and social change, the Western capitalist system is also facing a series of difficulties and new changes. This paper aims to explore the dilemma facing the Western capitalist system today, and to analyze and discuss the new changes.
The present paper discusses the case of the Madrid Nuevo Norte Project (MNNP) in order to examine the relation of this mega-project with the city’s sustainable development. For this reason, the study used a qualitative approach using semi-structural interviews with experts (Madrid’s town hall, Madrid State, and the program management office and other external) that relayed strongly with MNNP. The expert panel requirements are split in six expertise areas: sustainability, urban development, urban planning, government or public affairs, project management or Madrid Nuevo Norte (MNN) key stakeholders. The study highlighted the vital importance of MNNP as a flagship sustainable project for the rest of Europe, that meets sustainability criteria for contributing substantially in the improvement of the quality of life of final users and for the community in general. For instance, it contributes to the regeneration of the city’s degraded area, to the interconnection of an isolated part of the city and public transportation connection, improving the external image of Madrid. Despite of it, there are some challenges that should be carefully managed such as applying sustainable solutions from other cities not properly tailored to Madrid, housing pricing accessibility increase due to the lack of terrain in Madrid and the politization of the project as discussion topic between local parties. In this context, local authorities should give particular emphasis in complying with the principles of sustainability for improving the overall performance of MNNP, ensuring social justice and prosperity for the people of Madrid.
The optimized methodology and results of the new characterization in terms of dose and image quality of the X-ray system used in the main pediatric hemodynamics service in Chile are presented. In addition, scattered dose rate values at the operator’s eye level are reported for all acquisition modes available in different thicknesses of absorbent media and angiography. The characterization was performed according to the European DIMOND and SENTINEL protocols adapted to pediatric procedures. The air kerma at the entrance surface (ESAK) was measured and the image quality parameters signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and a figure of merit (FOM) were calculated. The scattered dose rate was measured in personal dose equivalent units. The ESAK for fluoroscopic modes ranged from 0.2 to 35.6 μGy/image when passing from 4 to 20 cm of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). For the cine mode, these values ranged from 2.8 to 160.1 μGy/image. The values of the image quality parameters showed a correct system configuration, although abnormal values were observed in the medium fluoroscopic mode. As for the scattered dose rate at the level of the cardiologist’s eyes, the highest value is PMMA with a thickness of 20 cm, where the cine mode reached 9.41 mSv·h-1. The differences found from previous evaluations can be explained by the deterioration of the system and the change of one of the X-ray tubes.
The nylon 66/nano-CaCO3 composites were prepared by melt blending on a twin-screw extruder. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), polarized light microscopy (PLM), thermal loss (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) The effects of nanometer calcium carbonate on the polycrystalline behavior and thermal properties of nylon 66/nano CaCO3 composites were investigated. The results show that the nanometer calcium carbonate particles are dispersed in the nylon 66 matrix and exist in the form of aggregates. The nanometer calcium carbonate has the effect of heterogeneous nucleation, which can reduce the size of the spherules. The decomposition temperature of the nylon 66 is 400 ℃, the addition of nano-CaCO3 to reduce the decomposition temperature. At the same time, DSC test showed that the β-crystalline form in the material reduced the melting temperature of the material. The addition of nano-CaCO3 in the nylon 66 matrix resulted in the decrease of the crystallization temperature and the increase of the half-height width of the endothermic peak. The lower the crystallization temperature, the wider the crystallization temperature range.
