Terms and Conditions are always encountered when using social media applications to determine which data can be accessed and what cannot. However, there are shortcomings in their implementation and communication, often causing users to be unwilling to read them. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of implementing partial consent in Terms and Conditions concerning user Data Awareness and Data Security in social media. This Paper administered a questionnaire, distributed with a form, to students who use social media to understand their opinions regarding the partial consent concept. This paper analyzed the data using descriptive statistical methods. The results show a positive response from respondents towards implementing the partial consent concept, the users feel the terms and conditions are more effective in increasing user data awareness and security.
Using multiple evaluation methods and systems give a comprehensive assessment. A computer-based multiple-choice assessment system was designed, implemented, posted online, and used to assess students as part of their final evaluation marks for a discipline. The online system of evaluation was intended to be used multiple times for evaluating the assimilation degree of a specific course at the end of the course. The data recorded for the period 2017–2023 with about 1400 distinct users were used to analyze the performance of the evaluation system. The system worked fine and a slight modification of it served well on remote evaluation during COVID-19 period. However, the upturn of mobile phone applications requires the creation of a system adapted to the new virtual reality.
The use of public transport is one of the concepts of sustainable transport. However, people prefer to use private vehicles, which causes various problems, one of which is the high carbon emissions produced. This research aims to encourage programs to use passenger public transportation through a carbon tax. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative with primary data and secondary data. Secondary data was developed in the research by collecting literature study sources on the concept of sustainable transportation development as well as primary data carried out by analyzing calculations regarding the implementation of the carbon tax. There are several proposals that can significantly accelerate the achievement of goals, namely a collaborative approach through collaboration between local government agencies, a policy of progressively implementing a carbon tax as a coercive policy and supported by a program to provide supporting facilities for public transportation. Decision making in this research was carried out by looking at the percentage increase in public transportation use based on the application of a carbon tax or carbon tax.
Using the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT), this study investigated the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influence, facilitating condition, lifestyle compatibility, and perceived trust on both the intention to use and adoption of an e-wallet among adults. This quantitative study employed a cross-sectional research technique to collect data from 501 respondents via Google Form. The acquired data was assessed using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Therefore, perceived usefulness, perceived simplicity of use, social influence, lifestyle compatibility, and perceived trust all had a strong positive impact on both intentions to use and adoption of an e-wallet. This study demonstrated that the intention to use an e-wallet mediated the links between predictors and e-wallet adoption. Respondents’ age and gender moderated the effect of lifestyle compatibility on their intention to use an e-wallet. The study’s findings can assist managers and policymakers establish successful ways that capture customers’ intention to use and experience with employing an e-wallet amid a tumultuous market. Finally, such well-crafted policies may stimulate the digital platform and web-based apps, as well as raise e-wallet acceptance rates in undeveloped countries.
The article addresses the issue of educational development policy in Ukraine: the main trends and ways, means, technologies of their implementation. It has been observed that educational policy is developing and changing under the influence of such factors as Russia’s military actions against our country, European integration and globalisation. Integration of digital technologies in the educational process is one of the key tendencies in the modern educational policy in Ukraine. The characteristics of the most used technologies of augmented reality in the modern school of Ukraine have been outlined. The algorithm for displaying generalized information about a particular application was proposed, namely: payment, accessibility, language, system requirements; learning opportunities; practical value; website; video about the application. The model of the formation of future teachers’ skills to use augmented reality technologies in the process of natural sciences studying has been proposed. We consider it as a component of a holistic system of future teachers’ professional training. The conceptual basis for the development of the model is a multi-subject educational paradigm, which is considered to be open, self-developing and self-organizing, causing a fundamental change in the behavior and relationships of the educational process participants. The proposed model is implemented in the authors’ methodological system, which ensures the interconnected activities of all participants in the educational process. Its systemic factor is the goal of improving the quality of the future natural sciences teachers’ professional training by developing their skills in using AR technology. The end result is an increase in the level of future natural sciences teachers’ readiness to use AR technology in their professional activities.
This study assesses Vietnam’s state-level implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and analyses the government’s efforts to encourage AI implementation by focusing on the National Strategy on AI Development Program. This study emphasizes the possibility of implementing AI at the state level in Vietnam and the importance of conducting continuous reviews and enhancements to achieve sustainable and inclusive AI growth. Impact evaluations were conducted in public organizations alone, and implication evaluations were considered optional. AI impact assessments were constrained by societal norms that necessitated establishing relationships among findings. There is a lack of official information regarding the positive impact of Vietnam’s AI policy on the development of AI infrastructure, research, and talent pools. The study’s findings highlight the necessity of facilitating extensive AI legislation, and strengthening international cooperation. The study concludes with the following recommendations for improving Vietnam’s AI policy: implementing a strong AI governance structure and supporting AI education and awareness.
