This paper is concerned with the numerical solution of the mixed Volterra-Fredholm integral equations by using a version of the block by block method. This method efficient for linear and nonlinear equations and it avoids the need for spacial starting values. The convergence is proved and finally performance of the method is illustrated by means of some significative examples.
The main reason for the formation of nano-biotechnology is due to the penetration of nanotechnology in the biological field, nanotechnology research center is the study of nano-drug carrier. Nano-drug system targeted drug delivery to achieve drug release, increase the insoluble drugs and peptide drug bio-efficiency, reduce the toxicity and application of drugs and other aspects of the development of good prospects, and thus become one of the key research in recent years’ field. Synthesis and application of nanometer drug carriers this review is presented in recent years and its application to provide a comprehensive basis for the treatment process. Describes the nature and preparation of nano-drug carrier methods, in recent years, people have been widely concerned by scholars. Compared with the nano-drug delivery, the general pharmaceutical cannot have to extend the role of drugs, strong efficacy, and the advantages of small drug response. Nano-materials, the specific surface area, surface activity, high catalytic efficiency, surface active center, adsorption capacity and other characteristics, which has many excellent features and new features.
According to the United Nations, by 2050, about 68% of the world’s population will live in urban areas. This population increase requires environmental resilience and planning ability to reduce the negative environmental impacts associated with growth. In this scenario, life cycle analysis, whose standards were introduced by ISO 14000 series, is an essential tool. From this perspective, smart cities whose concern about environmental sustainability is paramount corroborating SDG 11. This study aims to provide a holistic view of environmental technologies developed by Brazilian inventors, focused on life cycle analysis, which promotes innovation by helping cities build greener, more efficient, resilient, and sustainable environments. The methodology of this article was an exploratory study and investigated the scenario of patents in the life cycle. 209 patent processes with Brazilian inventors were found in the Espacenet database. Analyzing each of the results individually revealed processes related to air quality, solid waste, and environmental sanitation. The review of patent processes allowed mapping of the technological advances linked to life cycle analysis, finding that the system is still little explored and can present competitive advantages for cities.
The project of returning farmland to forest is a new project of increasing farmers' income, ecological efficiency and
benefiting the country. The key to the success of returning farmland to forest project is to strictly control the key technologies such as regional planning, forest species selection, tree species selection, good seedling, structural configuration, meticulous soil preparation, serious planting, tending and management. According to the actual
situation of Yuanling County, suitable for the tree, choose the market prospects, fast-growing tree species afforestation,
reasonable adjustment of forest structure, ecological benefits and economic benefits simultaneously, take high-
quality high-yield and efficient forestry development. Returning farmland to forest project has played huge ecological benefits, economic and social benefits.
This study examines how the framing of organizational gender-equity policies shapes support among Generation Z employees. Drawing on performativity (Butler, 1990) and intersectionality (Crenshaw, 1991), we conceptualize framing as mediating how Gen Z employees perceive equity initiatives. Using a mixed-methods design, we combine survey data from 4,861 Gen Z respondents in 30 countries with directed content analysis of four HR policy documents (coded for equity vs enforcement, identity recognition, and youth engagement). Results reveal a gender gap: Gen Z women strongly endorse inclusive equity measures, consistent with evidence that women show stronger support for equality policies, whereas Gen Z men are more skeptical of policies framed as exclusive or punitive – mirroring polls finding many Gen Z men say equality efforts have gone too far. These findings suggest that performative policy framing activates social identities differently by gender and that intersectional policy language affects reception. Practically, we recommend framing equity initiatives in terms of shared fairness and collective benefit, using transparent rationale and inclusive identity language. Gen Zers expect fair pay, inclusive policies, and transparency, so HR communications should emphasize fairness and allyship to enhance legitimacy and support among this cohort.
A total of 25 SSR primers were screened on 37 putative F1s derived from the five different crosses. Identified cross specific highly informative SSRs primers, i.e., 14 for the first cross, 10 for the second, 12 for the third and 6 each for fourth and fifth crosses. For the first cross Bhagwa × Daru 17, four primers (HvSSRT_375, NRCP_SSR9, NRCP_SSR12 and NRCP_SSR92) were found to be highly informative with higher 100% hybrid purity index (HPI), PIC (~0.52), and observed heterozygosity (Ho, range 0.87–0.93) values, and two F1s namely H1 and H2 were found to be highly heterotic with a heterozygosity index (HI) of 92.85%. Similarly, for Bhagwa × Nana, three primers (HvSSRT_375, HvSSRT_605 and NRCP_SSR19) had higher HPI (70%–100%), PIC (0.52–0.69), and Ho (0.75–0.33) values, and three F1s H1, H2, and H4 had 70% (HI). For Bhagwa × IC318712, four SSRs (HvSSRT_254, HvSSRT_348, HvSSRT_826 and NRCP_SSR95) had higher Ho (~0.83), HPI (100%) and PIC (~0.52) values, and four F1s H2, H7, H9, and H10 showed 91.66% (HI). For Bhagwa × Nayana, HvSSRT_605, HvSSRT_826, and HvSSRT_432, and for Ganesh × Nayana, HVSSRT_375, HVSSRT_605, and HvSSRT_826 were found informative. These markers will be highly useful in developing maps of populations.
