The target area of the survey is the rehabilitated flat area behind the capital cities of Vienna and Bratislava, which lies in the tourist area of Győr. Wetlands provide a backdrop for tourism products such as kite flying, cycling and walking. The city centre offers tourists an easy sightseeing tour behind the natural scenery of the Danube tributary (Szigetköz). Objective: The demographic characteristics of demand and preferences for active tourism product types and the extent of the scope of supply were analyzed. The present research also analyses the cycling routes in the region with regard to the EUROVELO 6 road network. The primary research was a quantitative (questionnaire) survey conducted between 10 September 2023 and 30 October 2023. The survey sample of 666 respondents is not representative and was selected by random sampling. The results of the research include an analysis of the demand for participation in cycling tourism and tour programs as activities requiring activity. The findings of the research provide a basis for demand-supply segmentation of sustainable active tourism product development based on physical experience according to demographic characteristics (e.g. age, education). The landscape of the wetland can be positioned for the bicycle tourists. Especially for the target group of people over 40 and for people with higher education. The scope of the guided tours, linked to the central offer, extends over an area of more than 50 km. Activating the target group helps the rehabilitated natural scenery to connect to sustainable tourism.

This study explores the intricate relationship between emotional cues present in food delivery app reviews, normative ratings, and reader engagement. Utilizing lexicon-based unsupervised machine learning, our aim is to identify eight distinct emotional states within user reviews sourced from the Google Play Store. Our primary goal is to understand how reviewer star ratings impact reader engagement, particularly through thumbs-up reactions. By analyzing the influence of emotional expressions in user-generated content on review scores and subsequent reader engagement, we seek to provide insights into their complex interplay. Our methodology employs advanced machine learning techniques to uncover subtle emotional nuances within user-generated content, offering novel insights into their relationship. The findings reveal an inverse correlation between review length and positive sentiment, emphasizing the importance of concise feedback. Additionally, the study highlights the differential impact of emotional tones on review scores and reader engagement metrics. Surprisingly, user-assigned ratings negatively affect reader engagement, suggesting potential disparities between perceived quality and reader preferences. In summary, this study pioneers the use of advanced machine learning techniques to unravel the complex relationship between emotional cues in customer evaluations, normative ratings, and subsequent reader engagement within the food delivery app context.
This study investigates the influence of service quality, destination facilities, destination image, and tourist satisfaction on tourist loyalty in the Pasar Lama Chinatown area of Tangerang City. Utilizing data from 400 respondents, the study employed structured questionnaires analyzed through descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results reveal that service quality (β = 0.47, p < 0.001), destination facilities (β = 0.33, p < 0.001), and destination image (β = 0.4, p < 0.001) all significantly enhance tourist satisfaction, which in turn has a strong positive effect on loyalty (β = 0.58, p < 0.001). Direct paths also show that service quality, destination facilities, and destination image independently contribute to tourist loyalty. Bootstrapping confirms satisfaction’s mediating role between these factors and loyalty. Practical recommendations suggest prioritizing service quality improvements, facility enhancements, and a positive destination image to foster loyalty and promote tourism sustainability in Pasar Lama, China. Tourism is one of the important sectors that support Indonesia’s economic growth. The tourism sector itself plays a strategic role in increasing the country’s foreign exchange. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, tourism became one of the most affected sectors. Electronic visa on arrival (e-VOA) is a form of digital transformation in immigration services offered by the Indonesian government to increase the number of tourist arrivals during the recovery of the national economy, especially in the tourism sector, after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study provides an in-depth insight into how e-VOA functions as a digital transformation tool in the immigration and tourism sectors. By exploring the impact of e-VOA implementation, this article contributes to the understanding of how digitalisation can improve the efficiency of administrative processes and support the recovery of the tourism sector in post-pandemic Bali. This study uses qualitative approaches and methods with descriptive analysis techniques to create an objective description of a situation through numbers or statistical data. The results of this study show that e-VOA services effectively contribute to an increase in the number of foreign tourists in Bali. It also has a positive impact on the economic growth of tourism-related businesses in Bali.
