Since its introduction to China from India, Chan has become a Buddhist school with Chinese characteristics. In the process of its development, because of its tenet of “special transmission outside of the doctrine that does not establish words and letters”, Chan school encountered difficulties in realizing the practice of living. In recent years, Buddhist masters have made many contributions to the development of Chan School. Master Xuyun’s advocacy of Chan philosophy and practice made it possible to popularize Chan in people’s lives. Master Xuyun’s initiatives to promote the development of Chan School have filled out a complete picture of the history of Chan Buddhism.

This paper mainly analyzes the research and practice of the training mode of prefabricated technical talents, summarizes the connotation of prefabricated building and the importance of prefabricated building talent training, analyzes the key points and requirements of prefabricated building teaching, summarizes the problems existing in the training process of prefabricated building talents and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures, so as to lay a solid foundation for the optimization of the training mode of prefabricated talents in the next stage and the promotion of talent training level.

Therefore, in order to effectively avoid various geological risks during the construction process or after the completion of the building, the preliminary engineering geological survey work is of great significance. In the process of engineering geological exploration, hydrogeological issues are also important exploration projects. This article will explore and study hydrogeological issues, analyze the water physical properties of rock and soil, and the impact of hydrogeological issues on the project, and then propose effective measures to do well in engineering geological exploration.

With the development of teaching reform, how to optimize funding and education activities from the perspective of "Great Ideological and Political Education" and improve accuracy has become a focus. From the analysis of the current teaching development situation, the guiding role of ideological and political education in funding precision education activities has been very obvious. To better enhance the effectiveness of funding education, actively optimize the precision of funding education, and innovate the way related activities are carried out, which is an inevitable choice for better education work. Under the background of engineering education certification, the traditional personnel training model can’t meet the requirements of high-quality personnel training under the new engineering background. Taking Surveying and mapping engineering major of Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology as an example, this paper explores the continuous improvement of the output-oriented talent training model through collaborative education of talents training objectives, curriculum system, practical teaching system, teacher team construction, enterprises and graduates. Over the years, the surveying and mapping engineering major of our school has achieved good results in personnel training. The major actively ADAPTS to the regional development of the local economy, closely connects with the needs of regional talents, and highlights its characteristics in serving the local economy.

The theoretical framework of Production Oriented Approach (POA) proposed by Professor Wen Qiufang has undergone a series of development and improvement, forming a "drive facilitate evaluate" teaching framework system that is guided by output tasks, supported by facilitation activities, led by teachers, and jointly constructed by teachers and students. The "facilitation" link is the core of helping learners achieve goals and achieve output tasks. Based on the ideas and requirements of this theory, the author has designed a series of "facilitation" activities to be applied in advanced English reading classrooms. This article intends to review and reflect on these teaching practice activities, in order to gain a deeper understanding of POA theory.
