Since my country entered the era of Internet economy, the scale of the software industry is gradually expanding, and programming language, as an important tool and idea for software development, is a necessary skill for every development practitioner. Among them, C language, as the basic language of computer software programming, is also an important basic course for cultivating students’ computer application ability in science and engineering majors in colleges and universities. This paper mainly studies the teaching reform of C language programming courses and proposes corresponding optimization measures, so as to lay a solid foundation for the continuous improvement of students’ learning quality of C language courses and the continuous strengthening of programming ability.

Nowadays, international exchanges are becoming more and more frequent in the world. As a global language, English can establish a communication bridge between different countries and nationalities, and its importance is obvious. Since 2001, China has gradually added English education to the curriculum plan of primary schools in various regions. Later, with the deepening of the industry’s understanding of English teaching, the education reform has also followed up. It can be said that the level of educators and educates is rising spirally. However, there are still many restrictive factors in the current situation of primary school students’ learning English, among which the more prominent factors are the strength of English teachers and the evaluation mechanism for students’ learning achievements.

Idiomatic phrase are one of the lexical units.Many second-language learners showing great enthusiasm for using idiomatic expressions because of the rich cultural factors inherent in them and the vibrant,hilarious language that is close to life-like.However,  the idiomatic terms are so complicated that they frequently cause foreign learners to struggle with learning and comprehending Chinese.With its own advantages, the idea of lexical chunks has the potential to be a game changer in the teaching of idiomatic.
