Great country craftsmen are skilled craftsmen who strive for the prosperity and prosperity of the country and the well-being of the people in important positions related to the national economy and people's livelihood. The key to cultivating craftsmen in major countries lies in the Party. However, in a vocational undergraduate survey, it was found that the Party's political, ideological, organizational, work style, and institutional leadership role was not well played in the process of cultivating craftsmen in major countries. To this end, we should focus on reflecting the "two safeguards" throughout the entire process of cultivating craftsmen in major countries, and strengthen the Party's comprehensive leadership over the cultivation of craftsmen in major countries; We should adhere to using the Party's innovative theory to guide the practice of cultivating great country craftsmen, and integrate ideological and political work throughout the cultivation of great country craftsmen, in order to promote the construction of grassroots party organizations with high quality, and play a leading role in cultivating craftsmen in major countries; we should also take the lead in actively researching and solving problems, and promote reform, innovation, and development, so as to improve the institutional system for leading the cultivation of craftsmen in major countries through party building, and enhance the institutional execution ability of party members and members.
Research issue: The study is driven by contemporary global challenges regarding the stability and efficiency of production processes, the necessity to enhance competitiveness, and ensuring workplace safety, which demands a systematic approach to monitoring and supervising adherence to labour discipline. The research is theoretical in nature. The aim/objective of the study is to analyse the specifics of state policy on supervision and control over employees’ adherence to labour discipline, the peculiarities of its practical implementation, and perspectives for improvement. Method: The study employed a logical-semantic method, analytical and documentary methods of analysis, and the method of expert assessment of labour discipline of employees and employers based on their evaluation of certain aspects of labour discipline. The research methodology included a sample size of 30 respondents, and the research instrument was expert evaluation. Data collection was conducted through surveys, and the calculation method was quantitative. Results: The article examines the impact of the main incentives and methods on ensuring labour discipline, determining their essence and forms of manifestation. It also considers the extent of application of each method in enterprise practices. It was found that economic methods are widely used and aimed at increasing employee motivation and maintaining their labour discipline. The analysis revealed that the main manifestations of employee labour discipline and managerial duties are differences in the perception of labour discipline by both parties. It was found that employers underestimate the productivity and abilities of employees, indicating potential systemic deficiencies in human resource management. Conversely, employees note that managers ignore their needs and problems. The results of the expert evaluation showed that employees rated their discipline higher than employers did. These discrepancies in evaluations could affect internal relations within the team and require managerial attention to improve interaction and cooperation. Conclusion: Based on the assessment of labour discipline, systemic deficiencies in human resource management were identified, highlighting the need for appropriate monitoring and employee motivation mechanisms. The study proposes innovative personnel management methods to ensure labour discipline in enterprises, including HR branding, team building, mentoring, and grading. It is proven that these approaches allow for the creation of a fundamentally new management system to ensure compliance with labour discipline and the development of professionalism and employee motivation.
Shared education has the potential to foster pluralistic values and improve relations between individuals from diverse ethno-linguistic backgrounds. This study aims to contribute to the understanding of how shared learning experiences can promote pluralism and social equality by examining the pedagogical factors that influence their success. This study focuses on a shared English learning model implemented with 8th-grade Arab and Jewish students in homogenous Israeli cities. This qualitative study, involving observations, interviews, focus groups, and transcript analysis, engaged 42 students, two teachers, and two administrators. The findings suggest that shared education has positive social implications. It facilitated interaction between Arab and Jewish students and challenged negative stereotypes. Notably, the Jewish students’ limited Arabic language proficiency led to complex interactions, stimulating critical thinking about linguistic inequality and increasing motivation to learn Arabic. While shared education improved intergroup relations, it also encountered logistical challenges that necessitated institutional support to optimize its effectiveness.
This article focuses on analyzing the achievements, challenges, and lessons learned in the process of building the Socialist Rule of Law in Vietnam after nearly 40 years of renovation, with the goal of proposing the direction of building and perfecting the Socialist Rule of Law in the new period, and ensuring its conformity with Vietnamese realities and international integration. The article draws on data from documents of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the 2013 Constitution, relevant laws and resolutions, along with data from reports on administrative reform and the promulgation of legal documents. The research methods used include document analysis, comparison, and synthesis in order to assess the reality and propose solutions to the problems identified. Alongside the achievements gained, building a Socialist Rule of Law State in Vietnam still faces many challenges. This article identifies the main orientations for constructing a Socialist Rule of Law State in Vietnam in the coming period.
The business environment in the modern era is witnessing numerous Intellectual Changes, Technological developments, and increasingly Complex Situations, which has led to a need for effective Leadership in the Business Sectors. This leadership plays a role in transforming companies into giant corporations that serve as a true foundation for enhancing and improving Job Competencies (JC)., The study aimed to analyze the impact of the Soft Skills approach in Human Resources (analytical and critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving, planning and organization, teamwork) on developing Job Competencies (productivity, technical, managerial) in Petroleum Sector Companies in Egypt. The researchers employed the descriptive-analytical method to study the phenomenon, conducting the study on stratified random samples consisting of 379 managers and a sample of 382 employees from Petroleum Sector Companies. The study utilized the SPSS and AMOS Software Programs. The study found statistically significant differences at the (0.01) level between the average scores of managers and employees regarding soft skills in human resources and job competencies, with managers scoring higher. Additionally, the study revealed a statistically significant direct causal effect at the (0.01) level of Human Resources Soft Skills on Job Competencies in Petroleum Sector Companies., Finally, a proposal was developed for enhancing Job Competencies in Petroleum Companies in Egypt based on the application of human resources Soft Skills, alongside future research directions and practical implications.
As a group of college students who are about to enter social life and have a certain impact on socio-economic and technological development, their concepts and qualities will have a significant impact on social development. Therefore, in a complex and ever-changing social environment, schools should pay attention to educating college students in aspects such as their values, high moral literacy, and political awareness. Schools can take ideological and political education as the foundation, comprehensively educate students through the construction of a good academic atmosphere, and cultivate them into application-oriented high-quality talents. Based on this, this article mainly studies the construction methods of college students' academic style from the perspective of ideological and political education in the new era.
