Since the new era, the country has attached great importance to the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in universities. Starting from the major plan of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, General Secretary has elaborated on the requirements for the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has also clearly proposed the idea of "strengthening the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct, cultivating a high-quality teaching team, and advocating for the whole society to respect teachers and value education", Although significant achievements have been made in the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in China, there are still some problems that need to be solved in the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in universities. Therefore, this article focuses on analyzing the current situation of teacher ethics and professional conduct construction in universities and proposes targeted policy recommendations to promote the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in universities and help realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

The challenge of developing cadastral infrastructure in Africa is inextricably linked to the global issues of sustainable development. Indeed, in light of the constraints inherent to conventional cadastral systems, alternative systems developed through land regulation programmes (LRPs) are compelled to align with the tenets of sustainable development. A discursive study, conducted through a semisystematic literature review, enabled the selection of 53 documents on cadastral systems deployed in multiple countries across the African continent. A number of systems were identified and grouped into four categories: urban, rural, participatory and hybrid cadastral systems. These systems are developed on the basis of standards and sociotechnical approaches, including the LADM, STDM, and FFP, as well as innovative technologies such as blockchain. However, their sustainability is limited by the fact that they are not multipurpose cadastral systems. Consequently, there is an urgent need for studies to develop a global framework that will produce truly significant and sustainable results for all sections of society.

Through in-depth exploration of Trinity education mode, data can be further updated in real time from many aspects such as students' training needs, personal development direction and teaching resources reorganization, which is conducive to the basis of college teacher team construction process and can also combine the current situation and core advantages of college teacher team development. It can also integrate the advantages of quality education and trinity education, and further provide new directions for the development of university teachers. Therefore, under the background of new era development, it is an effective way to improve the effectiveness of college teachers' team construction through Trinity education mode, and further realize the advantages of team construction and innovative development in the traditional team construction.

The study’s objectives are to investigate the relationships between earnings management, government ownership, and corporate performance in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region during the period 2017–2021, utilizing a dataset comprising 188 companies. It further explores the moderating role of government ownership in the association between earnings management and company performance. The study used the panel regression data analysis to investigate the relationship between the variables under the study. Employing linear regression and moderated linear regression, the research discerns notable patterns. The result shows a positive effect emerges between government ownership and corporate performance. Conversely, the result shows a negative association is observed between earnings management and corporate performance. Finally, the moderating role of government ownership in GCC countries is a good governance mechanism to mitigate the agency problem.

In view of this, the current school ecological aesthetic education should deepen the integration of large and small ecological aesthetic education discipline system construction, improve the comprehensive quality of ecological aesthetic education teachers, combine social aesthetic education to enrich ecological aesthetic education extracurricular practice, and train new people for the construction of Chinese modern ecological civilization.
