With the development of the times, the political party system with Chinese characteristics has shown a strong vitality, promoted the development of the world's political party system, and made important contributions to human political civilization. At present, the political party system with Chinese characteristics has far-reaching influence and its discourse is of greater significance. Strengthening the construction of its discourse system can enhance the self-confidence and confidence of the Chinese people, highlight the superiority of China's political party system, and also effectively curb the discourse hegemony of Western political party systems, so that China has a strong discourse in the international arena, promoting the development and growth of China and achieving long-term stable development. This paper is mainly based on the study of the construction of the theoretical discourse system of the political party system with Chinese characteristics in the new era to develop the discussion.

In the process of the kindergarten project implementation research, we have been thinking: how to combine the early childhood health education with the curriculum gamification concept? How to come from the activities of children's life materials, problems, situations, to close to the way of children's life permeated in children's daily life? How to integrate the GOALS, contents and requirements of health education into the game, attract children's participation, and make children become the subject of learning and development? ... The puzzles are pushing us to project implementation ways and strategies of thinking, to help children improve the level of awareness of health, to improve the attitude to personal hygiene and public health, the good habits of life and health, learning, health habit and the habit of physical exercise, cultivate children's health, happy, confident, studious, good quality.

The epidemic has had a great impact on people and improved students' awareness of paying attention to their own health. Through the investigation of higher vocational students, the author and the research team collected 4741 questionnaires for research and analysis, and analyzed the data in four aspects: the impact of the epidemic on sports concept and psychology, the impact of intelligent equipment on physical exercise, the purpose of sports activities and the selection of online teaching content, and the impact of gender differences. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of online teaching of physical education courses in higher vocational colleges.

With the progress of the times, the development of information technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing is also in full swing. These new information technologies continue to impact China's existing traditional industries, enabling them to integrate and innovate, while also promoting China's entry into the digital economy era. For the accounting industry, this has also led to higher demands from society for accounting professionals, and most basic accounting personnel will face the dilemma of job changes as a result. This requires vocational colleges to consider more comprehensive training strategies when cultivating accounting professionals, so that accounting professionals can adapt to the new accounting functional requirements of contemporary society.

Plastic products, including plastic packaging, were products whose increasing demand continued because the community still needed plastic as packaging. On the other hand, plastic waste, which was increasingly high and difficult to decompose, was a problem that needed to be solved together. This study aims to understand how plastic company packaging implements TQM, its environmental impact, and how plastic packaging companies are taking steps towards green manufacturing. This research used a qualitative phenomenological method to understand the problem based on the actor’s perspective. The data collection method was in-depth interviews with informants from 3 plastic companies in East Java, Indonesia, followed by observation and FGD. We carried out Triangulation, member checking, and professional involvement to determine the data’s validity, reliability, and trustworthiness. The results of this study indicated a management system that promotes quality as a business strategy and is oriented towards customer satisfaction by involving all members of the organization. TQM emphasized continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and employee involvement. By implementing aspects of TQM, plastic packaging companies could improve their production processes and reduce waste, increasing efficiency and profitability. In addition, TQM could also contribute to the company’s green performance by promoting environmentally friendly practices, including using electric machines to replace hydraulic machines, thereby reducing the use of electrical energy and CO₂ emissions. The use of solar panels was a step towards green manufacturing. Companies that adopt TQM principles are more likely to implement environmentally friendly initiatives such as reducing energy consumption and using recyclable materials and can demonstrate a commitment to corporate social responsibility. The company’s membership in EcoVadis and SMETA further strengthens the company’s direction towards Green Manufacturing and competitive advantage.

Common prosperity of spiritual life is a value pursuit of human beings for a better life and a better society. Promoting common prosperity in people's spiritual life has become the internal driving force for the innovation and development of ideological and political education in the new era. In terms of value implication, ideological and political education to lead the common prosperity of spiritual life mainly provides ideological guidance, establishes value coordinates and cultivates mental tone.
