Through this collaboration, the conference organizers and the journal aim to establish a mutually beneficial framework that supports
both high-quality academic exchange and the efficient dissemination of research outcomes. Authors presenting their work at the 2nd 

World Congress on Biomedical Science and Engineering will be encouraged to further develop their studies for journal publication, 

thereby extending the academic impact of the conference contributions.
