With the rapid economic growth, the concept of digital economy and sustainable development has gradually become the main task facing our country. This paper constructs the evaluation system of the development level of digital economy and the comprehensive index of regional sustainable development by the entropy weight method, uses the two-way fixed effect model to explore the influence mechanism of digital economy on the sustainable development of the Yangtze River Delta region.

In the model design section of learning effectiveness evaluation, propose the model design principles, indicator selection, and construction process to ensure the accuracy and comparability of the evaluation model construction. In the application and evaluation section of the learning effectiveness evaluation model, the application and evaluation methods of the main models in practical teaching were explored. Finally, the issues that need to be noted in the design process of the evaluation model were proposed in order to design a more high-quality evaluation system and promote the improvement of education quality.

Since its introduction to China from India, Chan has become a Buddhist school with Chinese characteristics. In the process of its development, because of its tenet of “special transmission outside of the doctrine that does not establish words and letters”, Chan school encountered difficulties in realizing the practice of living. In recent years, Buddhist masters have made many contributions to the development of Chan School. Master Xuyun’s advocacy of Chan philosophy and practice made it possible to popularize Chan in people’s lives. Master Xuyun’s initiatives to promote the development of Chan School have filled out a complete picture of the history of Chan Buddhism.

Political identity is of special significance to the political construction and social development of contemporary China. Returnee lecturers are an important part of the university teaching team and an important force in training socialist builders with Chinese characteristics. An empirical survey was conducted on 35 returnee lecturers in universities in Jinhua area by means of questionnaires and interviews. The results show that the political identity of the returnee lecturers is generally good, but there are some problems, such as political party identity, national identity, institutional identity and interest identity need to be improved. As a result, factors such as gender, political profile and length of stay abroad have a significant effect on the political identity of returnee lecturers. The paper concludes with some initiatives, such as strengthening ideological and political education, improving remuneration and promoting career development.
