Abstract
Corporate governance refers to the system of rules, practices, and processes by which companies are directed and controlled. Information technology (IT) has become an integral part of modern business operations, and its impact on corporate governance has been a subject of interest for researchers and practitioners alike. This literature review aims to provide an overview of the existing research on the impact of IT on corporate governance.
