Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has both positive and negative impacts, particularly in term of increasing plagiarism. This research analyzes Indonesia’s plagiarism regulations and offers solutions. It uses doctrinal methods with legislative, case, and comparative studies, revealing that plagiarism is regulated but not specifically for AI involvement. The results show that plagiarism in scientific work has actually been regulated through several regulations. On the other hand, there is no regulation governing the involvement of AI in the process of preparing scientific articles. Comparative studies show that the US, Singapore, and the EU have advanced regulations for AI in education. The US has copyright laws for AI works and state regulations, Singapore’s Ministry of Education has guidelines for AI integration and ethics, and the EU has the Artificial Intelligence Act. To tackle AI-related plagiarism in Indonesia, the study suggests enacting AI-specific laws and revising existing ones. Ministerial and Rector statutes should address technical aspects of AI use and plagiarism checks. The Ministry should issue guidelines for universities to develop Standard Procedures for Writing and Checking Scientific Work, using reliable AI-checking software. These measures aim to prevent plagiarism in Indonesia’s educational sector.

Starting from the major plan of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, General Secretary has elaborated on the requirements for the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has also clearly proposed the idea of "strengthening the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct, cultivating a high-quality teaching team, and advocating for the whole society to respect teachers and value education", Although significant achievements have been made in the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in China, there are still some problems that need to be solved in the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in universities. Therefore, this article focuses on analyzing the current situation of teacher ethics and professional conduct construction in universities and proposes targeted policy recommendations to promote the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in universities and help realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

With the development of the times and changes in the environment of traditional martial arts, Choi Lei Fut (a Chinese martial arts system), a Chinese state-level intangible cultural heritage, is facing many difficulties in its inheritance and sustainable development. Especially in the context of COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control measures, the sustainable development of Choi Lei Fut is facing increasingly serious challenges. In order to understand the current situation of Choi Lei Fut’s survival and development in the new era, and to enhance the momentum and vitality of its sustainable development, this study combines questionnaire survey and field interviews to investigate and analyze the current situation. Based on this, it proposes strategies to promote the sustainable development of Choi Lei Fut. This study will not only provide methodological reference for the inheritance and development of Choi Lei Fut but also offer insights for the inheritance and sustainable development of other Chinese martial arts gyms and even martial arts practices elsewhere.

With the development of the times, the political party system with Chinese characteristics has shown a strong vitality, promoted the development of the world's political party system, and made important contributions to human political civilization. At present, the political party system with Chinese characteristics has far-reaching influence and its discourse is of greater significance. Strengthening the construction of its discourse system can enhance the self-confidence and confidence of the Chinese people, highlight the superiority of China's political party system, and also effectively curb the discourse hegemony of Western political party systems, so that China has a strong discourse in the international arena, promoting the development and growth of China and achieving long-term stable development.
