In order to continuously improve the level of kindergarten education and teaching, we use classroom observation to carry out diversified research and practice: in the classroom observation process, strict requirements: pre-class meeting, in-class observation, after-class reflection. Select the record sheet appropriate for the topic. After this set of procedures is fixed, the operation scale is involved. Classroom observation captures the interest of teachers, arouses their enthusiasm, and deeps the understanding of classroom observation. Based on the achievement degree of research objectives, the completion degree of research contents, and the application of various research methods, classroom observation is really implemented.
Prefabricated decoration is an efficient construction mode in the current construction field, with the main purpose of quickly improving the efficiency and quality of decoration through the effective application of modular decoration technology. Therefore, there is a high demand for efficient prefabricated technical talents in various construction units or enterprises in the construction industry. How to cultivate efficient prefabricated technical talents is a problem that relevant professional teachers in universities must pay attention to at present. This paper mainly analyzes the research and practice of the training mode of prefabricated technical talents, summarizes the connotation of prefabricated building and the importance of prefabricated building talent training, analyzes the key points and requirements of prefabricated building teaching, summarizes the problems existing in the training process of prefabricated building talents and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures, so as to lay a solid foundation for the optimization of the training mode of prefabricated talents in the next stage and the promotion of talent training level.
This work presents a review of Mexican Higher Education during the decade of education for sustainable development and how today it faces the commitments made for the Sustainable Development Agenda 2030. By portraying the agreements that support the UN’s Development Program in advising higher education institutions, the SDGs which can be served through universities and their by-products, the success stories of some universities are shown. This case study addresses the theoretical value of quality of life and harmony of the environment, remarking on how different universities in Mexico have approached this matter as a key part of their curricula, policy, and research. Showcasing a special emphasis given to the work carried out by the University of Sonora, specifically for their institutional practices for sustainability and the study of sustainability from the perspective of Environmental Psychology.
