With the advancement of the green economy, the labor market is experiencing the emergence of new employment forms, positions, and competencies. This arises from the special relationship between the green job market and the transforming energy sector. On the other hand, the energy sector’s influence on the green labor market and the creation of green jobs is particularly significant. It is because, the energy sector is one of the fundamental foundations of any country’s economy and impacts its other sectors. Key components of this influence include green employment and green self-employment. The purpose of this study is to identify elements of the green labor market within the context of the green economy and the energy sector. The methodology employs a hybrid literature review, combining a systematic literature review facilitated by the use of VOSviewer software. Exploring the Scopus database enabled the identification of keywords directly related to the green economy and the energy sector. Within these identified keywords, elements of the green labor market were searched. The main result is the empirical identification of the crucial term ‘green skills,’ which links elements of the green labor market, as presented in bibliometric maps. The research results indicate a gap in the form of insufficient discussion on green self-employment within the energy sector. Aspects of green jobs and elements of the green labor market are prominently featured in current research. However, there is a notable gap in the literature regarding green self-employment, presenting promising avenues for further research.
Theoretically, within the diatomic model, the relative stability of most abundant boron clusters B11, B12, and B13 with planar structures in neutral, positive and negative charged-states is studied. According to the specific (per atom) binding energy criterion, B12+ (6.49 eV) is found to be the most stable boron cluster, while B11– + B13+ (5.83 eV) neutral pair is expected to present the preferable ablation channel for boron-rich solids. Obtained results would be applicable in production of boron-clusters-based nanostructured coating materials with super-properties such as lightness, hardness, conductivity, chemical inertness, neutron-absorption, etc., making them especially effective for protection against cracking, wear, corrosion, neutron- and electromagnetic-radiations, etc.
In the third national communication submitted by Ecuador, the total greenhouse gases (GHG) emission was calculated at 80,627 GgCO2-eq, considering the country’s commitment to the Framework on Climate Change. In 2018, Ecuador ratified its nationally determined contribution (NDC) to reduce its GHG emissions by 11.87% from the business-as-usual (BAU) scenario by 2025. The macroeconomic impacts of NDC implementation in the energy sector are discussed. A Computable Equilibrium Model applied to Ecuador (CGE_EC) is used by developing scenarios to analyze partial and entry implementation, as well as an alternative scenario. Shocks in exogenous variables are linked to NDC energy initiatives. So, the NDC’s feasibility depends on guaranteeing the consumption of hydropower supply, either through local exports or domestic demand. In the last case, the government’s Energy Efficiency Program (PEC) and electricity transport have important roles, but the high levels of investment required and poor social conditions would impair its implementation. NDC implementation implies a GDP increase and price index decrease due to electricity cost reductions in the productive sector. These conditions depend on demand-supply guarantees, and the opposite case entails negative impacts on the economy. The alternative scenario considers less dependence on the external market, achieving higher GDP, but with only partial fulfillment of the NDC goals.

Air source heat pump water heaters are increasingly being used in people's lives. It is well known that it has many advantages, safety, energy saving, comfort, environmental protection, but there are some factors that affect its development and promotion. This paper mainly discusses the development history of air source heat pump technology at home and abroad, working principle, working flow, turbo technology at present stage, efficient heat exchange, and the research status of air source heat pump technology, such as new type refrigerant and dual frequency compression frequency conversion, then it discusses the application of air source heat pump technology, has the advantage, and finally discusses its application and the existence of two major problems and suggestions for improvement.
This study addressed the procedural aspects of the claim for civil liability for nuclear damage in accordance with the newly promulgated Law on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage No. 4 of 2012 of the United Arab Emirates and the Vienna Convention. The study was divided into two main investigators; the first main investigator examined the parties to the claim for nuclear damage, which, in turn, was split into two main sections: the first section examined the claimant, and the second section examined the defendant. The second main investigator of this paper examined civil liability for nuclear damage, which, in turn, was split into two main sections: the first of which addressed the jurisdiction in the claim for liability for nuclear damage, and the second of which dealt with the time to initiate proceeding. The study based its conclusions on several findings and recommendations, the most important of which was to propose amendments to the Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage Act in line with the general rules of civil liability and the Vienna Convention.
To achieve the energy transition and carbon neutrality targets, governments have implemented multiple policies to incentivize electricity suppliers to invest in renewable energy. Considering different government policies, we construct a renewable energy supply chain consisting of electricity suppliers and electricity retailers. We then explore the impact of four policies on electricity suppliers’ renewable energy investments, environmental impacts, and social welfare. We validated the results based on data from Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China. The results show that government subsidy policies are more effective in promoting electricity suppliers to invest in renewable energy as consumer preferences increase, while no-government policies are the least effective. We also show that electricity suppliers are most profitable under the government subsidy policy and least profitable under the carbon cap-and-trade policy. Besides, our results indicate that social welfare is the worst under the carbon cap-and-trade policy. With the increase in carbon intensity and renewable energy quota, social welfare is the highest under the subsidy policy. However, the social welfare under the renewable energy portfolio standard is optimal when the renewable energy quota is low.
