Lifelong learning is the core content of university education work in the new period, and it is also the basic task of education work in colleges and universities. The second classroom is a kind of organized and planned educational and practical activities aiming at cultivating students' extracurricular ability and comprehensive quality. In the context of the new era, emphasizing and strengthening the construction of the second classroom in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for improving the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. At present, there are still some problems in the moral education of the second classroom in colleges and universities in China. In order to enhance the effect of moral education in the second classroom of colleges and universities in the context of the new era, it is necessary to make a clear target positioning of the moral education of the second classroom, improve the process between the second classroom and the first classroom, and establish a three-dimensional system of moral education in the second classroom, so as to enhance its infectious and persuasive power.
This work presents the results of the continuity of the research process carried out in the Energy Studies Center belonging to the Faculty of Technical Sciences of the University of Matanzas, which involves the establishment of a dimensionless model to determine the average condensation heat transfer coefficient of Air Coleed Condenser (ACC) systems in straight and inclined tubes. The research consists in obtaining in an analytical way the solution of the differential equation of the velocity profile, considering that condensation is of pellicular type, finally the empirical condition of Roshenow is combined with the theoretical solution to generate a numerical expression that allows obtaining with a 15.2% of deviation in 2,192 tests, a value of the average coefficient of heat transfer by condensation very similar to the one obtained with the use of the most referenced model in the consulted literature, the empirical model of Chato.
The study focuses on the employees’ behavioral intentions towards the usage of disruptive technology in the industry. The digital technology application in consumer, retail, and hospitality, education and training, financial services, the health sector, infrastructure, government, and airports. The study objectives were to explore the possible adoption of innovation and creativity changes and their acceptance by the employees in the organization. To identify the variables impacting behavioral intention and analyze how these variables relate to perceived usefulness, attitude, perceived ease of use, facilitating conditions, and technology optimism. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from 335 respondents, who were selected based on their relevance to the study objectives. The questionnaires were distributed through the Google Forms application, and the data were collected and analyzed periodically. The findings of the study provide valuable insights into the behavioral intention towards disruptive technologies in Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya locations in Malaysia and highlight the significance of factors such as perceived usefulness, attitude, perceived ease of use, facilitating conditions, and technology optimism. The research contributes to the existing body of knowledge on Industry 4.0 by providing empirical evidence and practical implications for organizations seeking to leverage disruptive technologies in their operations management.
