With the rapid development of modern science and technology, various new technologies have also emerged. In this environment, new requirements are put forward for the teaching of high-frequency electronic circuits. It is necessary to keep up with the development trend of the times and carry out course teaching reforms.
China’s rapid development in modern times has become an important country in the world. Therefore, the cultures of various countries continue to cross and integrate in China. Language is the carrier of culture. Under the function of language, international culture is constantly spread and exchanged. The theoretical framework of Production Oriented Approach (POA) proposed by Professor Wen Qiufang has undergone a series of development and improvement, forming a "drive facilitate evaluate" teaching framework system that is guided by output tasks, supported by facilitation activities, led by teachers, and jointly constructed by teachers and students. The "facilitation" link is the core of helping learners achieve goals and achieve output tasks. Based on the ideas and requirements of this theory, the author has designed a series of "facilitation" activities to be applied in advanced English reading classrooms. This article intends to review and reflect on these teaching practice activities, in order to gain a deeper understanding of POA theory.

With the in-depth development and widespread application of educational informatization, digital education has also become one of the important features of educational modernization. Designing and completing a visual teaching system based on Web technology is of great significance for promoting further reform and development of teaching, especially for achieving remote education, which has great application value. Based on visual teaching needs analysis and B/S architecture, effective system development is achieved through Access database. According to the specific needs of teaching functions, the system can be divided into multiple modules, and the management and login of teaching resources for users can also be smoothly achieved. This has important research value for achieving the goal of remote visualization of teaching.
This study aims to identify and the implementation of ASN Management policies on career development aspects based on the merit system in the West Java Provincial Government and 6 Regency/City Governments in West Java Province. The failure of the institutionalization of the meritocratic system in ASN career development is partly triggered by the symptoms of the appointment or selection of officials in the central and regional levels not based on their professionalism or competence except for subjective considerations, political ties, close relationships and even bribery. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The operationalization concept in this study uses Merilee S. Grindle's Policy Implementation theory which consists of dimensions of policy content and its implementation context. The factors that cause the implementation of the policy to be less than optimal include: 1. Uneven understanding of meritocracy; 2. Slowness/unpreparedness in synchronizing central and regional rules/policies; 3. The information integration system between the center and regions has not yet been implemented; 4. Limited supporting infrastructure; 5. Limited permits for related officials; 6. Transparency; 7. Collaboration across units/agencies; 8. External intervention; 9. Use of information systems/technology. To optimize these factors, an Accelerator of Governmental Unit's Success (AGUS) model was created, which is a development of the Grindle policy implementation model with the novelty of adding things that influence implementation, including top leader's commitment and wisdom, effectiveness of talent placement, on-point human development, technology savvy, cross-unit/agency collaboration, and monitoring and evaluation processes.
