Great country craftsmen are skilled craftsmen who strive for the prosperity and prosperity of the country and the well-being of the people in important positions related to the national economy and people's livelihood. The key to cultivating craftsmen in major countries lies in the Party. However, in a vocational undergraduate survey, it was found that the Party's political, ideological, organizational, work style, and institutional leadership role was not well played in the process of cultivating craftsmen in major countries. The psychological health issues of college students are related to their growth and development. Only by implementing psychological health education and maintaining the physical and mental health development of college students can the quality and effectiveness of education be systematically improved. This article briefly analyzes the current situation of psychological health of local normal university students based on their psychological characteristics, and proposes methods for implementing scientific psychological health education for college students in combination with existing problems. The aim is to improve the effectiveness of talent cultivation and contribute to the development of local education.

This study examines the adoption and usability of lifestyle (LS) apps, considering demographic factors like age and education that influence adoption decisions. The study employed a mixed-methods design, combining an experiment (spanning 14 weeks of app use) with semi-structured interviews and periodic measurements. The researchers employed the Mobile Application Usability Questionnaire (MAUQ) to identify pivotal aspects of standalone app usability, interface satisfaction, and usefulness at various stages of use, with a particular emphasis on the experiences of Hungarian students (n = 36). The results demonstrate that health-related factors have a significant impact on students’ behavior and evaluation of lifestyle apps over the 14-week period. Overall, the analyzed LS apps demonstrated positive outcomes in terms of supporting subject health and significantly improving the perceived health state. The findings highlight both practical and theoretical contributions to the field of mobile health applications, suggesting avenues for further research to either confirm or challenge existing theories.
