With the main idea of cultivating people through the curriculum, this paper explores the organic integration of ideological and political lines and knowledge lines in the teaching design of pharmacology in higher vocational colleges. The medical humanistic literacy contained in the teaching design, explores the path and method of the ideological and political construction of the course, and combines the teaching of professional knowledge and the cultivation of theoretical skills with the cultivation of students’ patriotism, medical professional ethics, life awareness and scientific research spirit. Improve the educational effect of curriculum ideological and political education in college education.

The issue of quality of higher vocational education in China has become a common concern in all aspects of society, and promoting the improvement of the quality of education within higher vocational colleges is an important way to realize the high-quality development of higher vocational education. Based on the self-constructed five-dimensional model of factors influencing the improvement of the quality of education within higher vocational colleges, an empirical study was conducted using questionnaires and SPSS27.0 software on the teacher and student groups within 13 higher vocational colleges in Hainan Province, and the results showed that the teacher groups of different genders, titles, ages, academic qualifications and disciplines as well as the student groups of different genders and admission modes have different opinions on factors such as the level of governance, education and teaching, the integration of industry and education, student development and policy guarantees; and that there are different degrees of perception differences between teachers’ and students’ groups on the effect of internal education quality improvement. In order to promote the internal quality improvement of higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to improve the construction of modern university system to enhance the governance level, deepen the integration of production and teaching to innovate the education and training mode of talents, promote the development of the whole chain of education to improve the comprehensive quality of students, strengthen the construction of teaching staff to deepen the reform of education and teaching, and innovate the internal education policy and system to regulate the management order.

Ideological and political education is not only a basic course to cultivate students’ moral quality, but also an important part of modern education outline. The current intelligent electronic technology course should strengthen the gradual integration of curriculum and ideological education. Under the background of the new era, the state pays more attention to education, aiming to integrate the concept of ideological and political education into the classroom to effectively improve the effectiveness of comprehensive education for students. In recent years, with the continuous innovation of the education system, English education in higher vocational colleges is also undergoing optimization and innovation. Language and literature are closely related. English language and literature education in higher vocational colleges aims to cultivate high-quality talents who can flexibly use English language and literature for communication. It can be seen that teachers in higher vocational colleges need to focus on cultivating students' application ability of English language and literature in the teaching process.
