With the rapid development of the times, modern educational technology and traditional teaching mode have produced a more effective online + offline hybrid teaching mode in teachers' exploration and innovation. Through this hybrid mode of college English teaching, to a large extent, it can expand the actual classroom, and also enable students to fully carry out English learning outside the classroom, which has a very significant positive effect on college Students' English learning and the construction of college classroom.

Blockchain technology is poised to significantly transform the corporate world, heralding a new era of innovation and efficiency. Over the past few years, its impact has been noted by leaders, academics, and government representatives around the globe this growing interest underscores businesses’ need to evolve and reconsider traditional operational models. To remain competitive, organizations must embrace this change. Before introducing such ground-breaking technology, it is crucial to assess the motivations of primary stakeholders concerning its implementation. This study looks into what influences the use of Blockchain technology in the oil and gas sector, primarily using a quantitative survey of Iraqi oil and gas companies. A questionnaire was distributed among 250 top-level managers, senior executives, project managers, and IT managers for analyzing the data, the study employs the Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique, with Smart PLS for data processing. The findings suggest that the intention to utilise blockchain technology is influenced by one’s attitude towards it. Competitive pressure (environmental factors), functional benefit, and privacy/security (technological factors) significantly affect blockchain adoption intention. Nevertheless, there was no discernible correlation between regulatory backing and the desire to use Blockchain. Additionally, cost concern and perceived risk (organizational factors) two factors contribute negatively to the perception of blockchain technology. Besides the direct relationship, the findings revealed that attitude toward blockchain technology mediate the relationship between cost concern, perceived risk, and intention to adopt Blockchain. Built upon the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) model and the Theory of Reasoned Action, this research offers a comprehensive framework for investigating the intention to adopt blockchain technology. The results enhance both theoretical understanding and practical implementation by providing valuable insights into the emerging area of blockchain adoption intentions.

On May 29, 2023, General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that education, as an important foundation for national development, should accelerate the pace of reform and innovation. As the cradle of talent training, colleges and universities should fully recognize the country's urgency for high-level talents, and further breakthroughs should be made in the reform and development of education and teaching. Textbook construction is an important measure to strengthen China's academic construction and promote the development of China's education. At present, it is still facing problems such as slow renewal speed, single form of expression and low utilization rate of achievements. Taking Z University as an example, this article briefly discusses some suggestions for the construction and reform of postgraduate textbooks in combination with the actual situation.

In Urban development, diversity respect is needed to prioritize and balance the urban development design for sustainable eco-city development. As a result, this research aimed to investigate the causal factor pathways of social network factors influencing sustainable eco-city development in the northeastern region of Thailand through a quantitative research approach. With the aim to survey insightful information, the analysis unit was conducted at the individual level with three hundred and eighty-three (383) samplings in Khon Kaen and Udon Thani provinces, including univariate analysis and multivariate analysis, using path analysis and multiple linear regression. The study results indicated that two pathways of social network factors influencing sustainable eco-city development were indirect influence factors. The indirect influence factor consists of information exchange, benefits exchange in the network, and members’ role in the social network. Additionally, the study revealed that the pathway has influences through social network types and the economic and social dimensions of sustainable cities (R² = 0.330). Therefore, this study concluded that sustainable eco-city development should be implemented through community networks and economic and social network development for environmental development through social network types.

The application of positive psychology in the work of mental health education in colleges and universities can help students better face setbacks, enable students to face learning and life with a positive attitude, and promote students' future development and promote students' healthy growth. Based on positive psychology, this paper analyzes and discusses its practice and exploration in college students' mental health education.
