Embassies are important buildings, involving the diplomatic image of a country’s government in another foreign country. Given the rising tensions between countries, either political, economic, religion or war, attacks on embassies have been increasing in recent years. Thus, it is evident that appropriate measures are to be taken to reduce the potential impact of an attack. The paper discusses the measures in enhancing building security of embassies. The principles for Security Planning and Design are discussed, followed by an introduction to a systematic security risk assessment framework. The framework is evaluated regarding the potential security risk posed by an attack against elements of the mega infrastructure using explosives. Further options to increase the security of embassies are also explored to reduce the risk of a potential attack. A security-enhanced building, planned and constructed well to specifications, can provide benefits to the client, including greater cost advantage and increase of value for the structure.
In the current work, it was investigated to the K X-ray fluorescence efficiency and chemical effect on vacancy transfer probability for some tin compounds. We used Br2Tin, TinI2, SeTin, TinF2, TinSO4, TinCl2, TinO and TinS compounds for experimental study. The target samples were irradiated with 241Am annular radioactive source at the intensity of 5 Ci which emits gamma rays at wavelength of 0.2028 nm. The characteristic x-rays emitted because of the excitation are collected by a high-resolution HPGe semiconductor detector. It has been determined that the experimental calculations of the tin (Sn) element are compatible with the theoretical calculation. In addition, we have calculated the experimental intensity ratios, fluorescence yields and total vacancy transfer probabilitiesfor other Sn compounds.
In this study, the effect of roasting and boiling on the yield and oxidative stability of soya bean oil was investigated. The oil was soxhlet extracted and the oxidative stability was determined by the free fatty acid value, acid value and peroxide value. The results showed that the oil yield, free fatty acid value, acid value and peroxide value were significantly affected by roasting, boiling, and the thermal treatment time. The percentage oil yield in the control oil sample was 18.51%, which increased to 20.24% and 20.73% after boiling and roasting respectively, at 40mins. The corresponding free fatty acid and the peroxide value of the control oil sample were 0.14% and 2.04 meqO2/kg, which increased to 0.82% and 6.60 meqO2/kg by roasting, and 0.47% and 5.62 meqO2/kg by boiling respectively. Thus the oil yield, free fatty acid value, peroxide value, and acid value increased with increasing roasting and boiling time.
The results indicate that roasting provides a higher oil yield than boiling, but boiled oil has higher oxidative stability than roasted oil.
The fresh dried pollen of grape and seedless grape varieties were used as the research material. Each cultivar was stored at room temperature, 5 C, 0 C, -18 C and -40 C respectively. The results showed that the pollen viability decreased with the increase of storage time at different temperatures. The pollen viability decreased at -18 C and -40 , and the pollen viability decreased at the same temperature The There was a significant difference in pollen viability between different cultivars at the beginning of storage, and the pollen viability of the kernel breed was higher than that of the seedless grape.

Therefore, in recent years, more and more research on the stability of the solution, such as the study of ph, doping, supersaturation, overheating time on the stability of the solution. Among them, the research on the doping is mostly reported, and the research on this aspect is mainly focused on two aspects. On the one hand, it is the study of the stability of the solution under doping, and the other is the effect of doping on the optical quality of the crystal. In fact, the stability of the growth solution and the quality of crystal growth is directly related to the quality, but the existing research to isolate the two researches. Therefore, the experiment will be carried out in the case of double-doped KDP solution stability, KDP crystal growth and crystal optical quality and other experiments, and in-depth analysis of the impact of solution stability and crystal optical quality of the reasons, while the solution stability and The relationship between the optical quality of the crystal is briefly analyzed.
The whole world is in a fuel crisis nearly approaching exhaustion, with climate change knocking at our doorsteps. From the traditional technocratic aspect of transport planning, our epiphany comes in the form of Land Use integrated sustainable transport policy in which Singapore has been a pioneer, and has led the way for both developed and developing nations in terms of mobility management. We intend to investigate Singapore’s Transport policy timeline delving into the past, present and future, with a case by case analysis for varying dimensions in the present scenario through selective benchmarking against contemporary cities like Hong Kong, London and New York. The discussions will include themes of modal split, land use policy, vehicular ownership, emission policy, parking policy, safety and road traffic management to name a few. A visualization of Singapore’s future in transportation particularly from the perspective of automated vehicles in conjunction with last mile solutions is also detailed.
