This paper aims to analyze the narratives that have emerged in the process of bureaucratic reform in Indonesia. The analysis is conducted using the Narrative Policy Framework at the mesa level. Using data from articles published in 6 credible national media about “bureaucratic reform” from 2010 to 2023. The collected data was classified according to the Narrative Policy Framework (NPF) elements in the article: Issue setting, the cause of the issue, plot, character (villain, victim, hero), and recommendations for solutions offered. There were 31 articles analyzed. The result showed that the main plot in the process of bureaucratic reform in Indonesia is based on the corrupt bureaucracy and the slow public service provided. The victims in the plot are the people who will access the services. The villains of the narrative are civil servants who do not improve the required competencies. The heroes of the narrative are several government institutions (Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform, Commission of Corruption Eradication, and The Audit Board of The Republic of Indonesia) that are considered to expose the problem.
This paper aims to explore the practice and effect of integrating ideological and politics in higher vocational mathematics education. Through the review of relevant literature and the analysis of practical cases, this study analyzes the necessity and feasibility of integrating ideological and political education into higher vocational mathematics teaching, as well as the promoting effect of students' ideological and political education. At the same time, it also discusses how to effectively combine the curriculum thinking and politics with higher vocational mathematics teaching, as well as the strategies and methods to achieve positive results, in order to provide some reference for the majority of higher vocational mathematics teachers.
University majors are the core sub majors of education majors, and the OBE concept is a modern educational concept based on learning outcomes. Apply the OBE concept to undergraduate courses to cultivate students' professional practical abilities and scientific research innovation qualities. This article is based on the educational concept of OBE and attempts to examine and reform university curriculum teaching, mainly starting from four aspects: curriculum content, teaching methods, curriculum assessment and evaluation methods, and teacher quality.

As an important part of modern higher education, this topic mainly studies the construction of innovative teachers' team in local applied colleges and universities. After analyzing the problem, we found that there are many problems in the construction of innovative teachers in local applied colleges and universities, such as the lack of effective cultivation mechanism and the lack of corresponding incentives. Therefore, this paper aims to put forward some suggestions on how to establish innovative teachers' team, in order to provide a reference basis for the development of innovative teachers' team in local applied colleges and universities.
With the rapid development of internet technology, online education has become an important trend in the education industry. Especially under the influence of the global COVID-19 epidemic, online teaching has been widely applied and promoted. However, there are also some problems with online teaching, such as a lack of realism and low student engagement. Therefore, exploring the integration of online and offline teaching models has become a hot research topic in the field of education. This article will analyze the reform strategy of integrating online and offline teaching in university mathematics courses, aiming to explore how to improve the teaching effectiveness of university mathematics courses and promote students' learning interest and ability through the integration of online and offline teaching.
