This article presents an analysis of Russia’s outward foreign direct investment based on the balance of payments. The country has been affected by the “Dutch disease,” characterized by a heavy reliance on the mining industry and revenues from oil and gas exports. The financial account reveals a consistent outflow of capital from Russia, surpassing inflows. A significant portion of domestic investment goes abroad, often to offshore destinations. This capital outflow has not been fully offset by foreign capital inflows. These findings underscore the challenges faced by Russia in managing its financial position, including the need to address capital outflows, diversify the economy, and reduce dependence on raw material exports. Furthermore, this article aims to identify the presence of Russian capital in OECD countries by comparing data from the Central Bank of Russia and the OECD. The analysis reveals significant discrepancies between the two datasets, primarily due to unavailable or confidential information in the OECD dataset. These variations can also be attributed to differences in methodology and the specific nature of Russian outward direct investments, particularly those involving offshore jurisdictions. As a result, accurately determining the extent of Russian capital in OECD countries based on the available data becomes a challenging task (including for the tourism industry as well).
"Where is the fog" is a reading text in the seventh unit of the second grade of primary school Chinese in the unified edition. The humanistic theme of this unit is "the beauty of imagination", and the language element is to develop imagination and obtain a preliminary emotional experience. "Where is the Fog" is an interesting fairy tale. The language of the text is lively and full of childlike innocence, which fits the age characteristics of children in lower grades. According to the characteristics of the text and the characteristics of the students, in the teaching, through the creation of life situations, combined with the students' actuality, and the way of writing paragraphs, the students are guided to read the naughty "fog", taste the charm of the language, and lead the students to enter the colorful imaginary world.
With the development of the times, the political party system with Chinese characteristics has shown a strong vitality, promoted the development of the world's political party system, and made important contributions to human political civilization. At present, the political party system with Chinese characteristics has far-reaching influence and its discourse is of greater significance. Strengthening the construction of its discourse system can enhance the self-confidence and confidence of the Chinese people, highlight the superiority of China's political party system, and also effectively curb the discourse hegemony of Western political party systems, so that China has a strong discourse in the international arena, promoting the development and growth of China and achieving long-term stable development. This paper is mainly based on the study of the construction of the theoretical discourse system of the political party system with Chinese characteristics in the new era to develop the discussion.
Introduction: The heterogeneity of occupational morbidity by gender in those suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) has been little studied in the Latin American context. The objective of this study was to estimate the incidence and prevalence of CTS of occupational origin in the Ecuadorian salaried population according to gender, In addition, the differences in risk between women and men are compared. Methods: We use the only administrative registers of CTS qualified as occupational diseases in the country between the years 2017 and 2019. Period incidence rates were estimated to compare the risk in women versus men (RR, CI 95%) by age group and economic activity. Results: CTS is the second most common occupational disease in Ecuador. Women workers are more likely tosuffer from CTS and showed twice the risk compared to men [RR = 2.10 (95%CI: 1.94–2.11); p = 0.000]. This risk increases with age and for the vast majority of economic activities. The occupations of agriculture and warehousing stand out for their importance. Conclusions: The results shown in this study raise the fundamental need to improve epidemiological surveillance systems and occupational health policies by considering gender differences in order to adequately address risks and promote safe and healthy working environments for all.
The world has changed to a massive degree in the past thousands of years. Most of the time, the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere remains constant. In the late 18th century, according to the sources of CDIAC and NOOA, the level of carbon dioxide began to rise, and then in the 20th century, it went through the roof, reaching levels that had not been seen in nature for millions of years. The increase in carbon in the atmosphere is the major contributing factor to climate change. The key to reversing the damage is restoring the earth’s delicate, balanced carbon cycle. As carbon cycle depicts the way carbon moves around the earth. It consists of sources that emit the carbon component into the atmosphere. The biological side of the carbon cycle is well balanced due to respiration, where carbon dioxide is released into the atmosphere, then plants, bacteria, and algae take carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere during photosynthesis and the process they use to generate chemical energy. On the other hand, oceans are the best sources and sinks; carbon dioxide is endlessly being absorbed into the ocean and released from the oceans almost exactly at the same rate, which is rapidly influencing the carbon cycle. Similarity is a methodology that has many applications in the real world. The current research article is destined to study how statistics of carbon emission metrics are alike and belong to one cluster. In the current study, the research is destined to derive a similarity analysis of several countries’ carbon emission metrics that are alike and often fall in the range of [0, 1]. And deriving the proximity of the carbon emission metrics leading to similarity or dissimilarity. In the current context of data matrices of numerical data, an Euclidian measure of distance between two data elements will yield a degree of similarity. The current research article is destined to study the similarity analysis of carbon emission metrics through fuzzy entropy clustering.
History, as a remembrance of a country’s rise and fall, is hardly neglected by the public, through various ways. The once hit cultural exploration program National Treasure on CCTV once again inspired millions of people to pay their attention back to the country’s glorious history. In the first season of the program, nine museums ranging from the Palace Museum to other eight major museums throughout China are participating, and each of which needs to select three most precious treasures in its museum to present its “previous history” and “present life”. Through this form, this show aims to inspire more people to get involved in the ancient civilization and make the national treasures “come live”.
