This study aims to investigate the difficulties local governments face as a result of the province directly managing county system reform. It reveals the various challenges faced by local governments under the provincial directly managed county reform through a thorough analysis of the history, rationale, and implementation of the reform along with pertinent literature reviews and case studies. It is discovered that the county reform, which is directly governed by the province, has not only significantly altered the functions and organizational structure of local governments, but it has also made their resource allocation, financial strain, and brain drain problems worse. To help local governments deal with the difficulties in the province-directly governed county reform, related remedies, and solutions are finally proposed to handle these issues.
The study aims to explore the extent to which Jordanian e-news sites rely on artificial intelligence applications in their news content. The researchers will use a media survey methodology, and the sample will consist of 45 editors-in-chief and editors from 10 Jordanian news sites, namely: Ammon, Khabrny, Joe24, Saraya, Amman Net, Jafra, Crown News, Petra, Kingdom, and Roya. The researcher will use an electronic questionnaire, which led to several findings, the most significant of which are: Many news and media sites have introduced artificial intelligence systems to enhance the services they provide to the public. A significant number of journalistic and electronic media websites have shown interest in data analysis tools for their media services. Electronic news sites are clearly striving to improve their capabilities in using artificial intelligence technologies to enhance the services they provide to the Jordanian audience. Additionally, most electronic media websites have expressed a willingness to develop a plan to improve cybersecurity systems to protect against hacking and intrusion attempts, safeguarding their data and the AI systems that operate continuously.AI systems in media organizations also aim to enhance the news experience for users by enriching media services with modern, communicative content.
In a territorial development model such as that of Valencia (Spain), in which limitations, resistance and difficulties are observed as a result of the dualization that it has undergone in these almost 40 years of operation, we ask whether these obstacles have had an effect on the evolution of employment. This is understood as the basic indicator, the primary aim of any action undertaken for development of the territory. To this end, we set out from the methodological articulation of various techniques (survey by means of a pre-coded questionnaire, application of the READI® methodology) based on the primary information collected from the AEDL (Employment and Local Development Agents) technical staff of Valencia province, which showed us their perception of the dualization to which the model is subjected and the difficulties that this generates when carrying out their professional activity. Statistical and documentary sources were also analyzed. With all this, the evolution of employment in these territories over the last five years was studied in order to validate, or not, the initial hypothesis: Whether this reality of the model (duality) responds to short-term or structural parameters.
This study examines the impact of education quality and innovative activities on economic growth in Shanghai through international trade and fixed asset formation. The study examines how higher education quality and innovation activities drive regional economic growth, with a focus on the mediating effects of international trade and fixed asset formation in Shanghai. The study adopts a quantitative approach utilizing panel data from 31 provinces in China covering the period from 1999 to 2022. The study incorporates variables such as education quality, innovation capacity, and GDP per capita, as well as control variables like labor, capital, and infrastructure. The methodology involves multiple regression models and robustness tests to verify the relationships between and effects of education quality and innovation with regard to economic growth. This study analyzes the direct and indirect effects of university R&D expenditure and innovation on economic growth using a regression model, based on data from 2014 to 2022 in relation to Shanghai. The model introduces variables such as international trade, capital formation, and urbanization to analyze the relationship between higher education quality and economic growth.
3D printing technology is an emerging technology in recent years, which can achieve rapid display of objects through the feeding method. It has been widely used in various industrial sectors. Higher vocational and technical colleges are one of the important ways to cultivate higher technical personnel from various industries. They must keep up with the pace of educational reform and introduce 3D printing technology into corresponding classrooms. Under the guidance of the course "Fundamentals of Mechanical Design", this article utilizes 3D printing technology to apply common PRO/E to products, achieving various motion mechanisms, making the originally monotonous classroom teaching lively and allowing students to immediately showcase their creativity.
Since 2013, the state has introduced a number of policies to strictly control the number and scale of public hospitals and to control the rapid expansion of public hospitals. After the introduction of this series of policies, the number of public hospitals in China did not continue to grow, but the number of beds in public hospitals continued to grow. This paper uses difference-in-difference (DID) method to analyze the number of public hospitals with the corresponding data of the development of private hospitals after the introduction of the policy, and the results proves that the introduction of relevant policies has an impact on the number of public hospitals, but has a limited impact on the expansion of the scale of public hospitals. At the end of the article, positive policy suggestions are given to the development of hospitals in China, such as controlling the expansion of public hospitals, strictly controlling the number of beds in public hospitals, and vigorously developing private hospitals. Promoting the development of private hospitals is an important economic supplement to China's health care.
