With the development of the new situation, the "00s" have become the mainstream college students in universities, and the "05s" are about to enter universities. The group of college students born in the 2000s has shown ideological characteristics such as high openness, strong self-esteem, strong individualism, active thinking, and weak psychological resilience, which have brought new challenges to ideological and mental health education in universities. At present, it has become a common trend for graduate students in universities to serve as part-time counselors, and the structure of university counselors is generally "a combination of full-time and part-time, with full-time as the main focus, and full-time leading and part-time". As a full-time counselor in a university, I have worked as a part-time counselor during my graduate studies. Based on my personal and practical experience as a part-time counselor, I will consider and study the impact of part-time counselors on the construction of the university counselor team. In order to make the construction of the university counselor team more professional, professional, and diversified, I will propose constructive suggestions.
In recent years, science and technology have continued to develop and progress, and the level of teaching digitalization has improved. Music education occupies an important position in many universities, and it is necessary and feasible to use digital technology to explore its impact in basic education. The digitalization and technology of music education in colleges and universities have had a positive impact on basic education, such as balancing educational resources, updating education models, optimizing teaching platforms, and practicing student-oriented concepts. In order to maximize the role of digital technology, it can be innovated and applied from sight-singing ear training teaching, orchestration course teaching, and polyphonic course teaching.
With the rapid development of global e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce has become an important force in promoting international trade and economic globalization. Due to the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, the number of online disputes is gradually increasing. These disputes demonstrate their complexity and diversity in terms of legal application, evidence acquisition, and enforcement. Tmall Global is a cross-border e-commerce platform under the Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba Group. This study takes Tmall Global as an example to analyze the characteristics of disputes on this platform and explore the current situation of online disputes in cross-border e-commerce. Drawing on the experience of online dispute resolution in the European Union, ASEAN, and other regions, this article proposes a series of suggestions to improve China’s cross-border e-commerce online dispute resolution mechanism, including enhancing the platform’s own dispute resolution capabilities, strengthening international cooperation and artificial intelligence, optimizing dispute resolution processes using large data and cloud computing, strengthening consumer rights protection, and optimizing legal and regulatory frameworks. The aim is to provide an effective dispute resolution mechanism for China’s cross-border e-commerce platforms and provide useful reference for other countries.
