The principle of legality constitutes one of the basic principles of the government’s rule of law, and as a result, it has been recognized as one of the most essential guarantees of human rights. The goals of sustainable development have a strong link with the principle of legality, and achievements in accomplishing a goal can frequently contribute to the accomplishment of other goals in addition. The United Arab Emirates’ constitutional framework, regulations, and rules, along with the goals for sustainable development (SDGs), were profoundly affected by the principle of legality. The method in which international standards and laws have been integrated into the UAE’s national legal framework provides definitive proof of this effect. The research concluded that all published and unofficial legal regulations have to be respected in order for public authorities to use within the limits of the principle of legality. These involve adhering to the standards of positive legitimacy and the fundamental regulations the community agrees on.
In the current digital era, digital communication has a profound impact on the construction of product brands and affects the organizational performance of enterprises; thus, digital communication has become a power that cannot be ignored to improve the organizational performance of enterprises. This study demonstrated three hypotheses based on previous research and used a questionnaire survey to collect first-hand data from distributors of a China’s leading domestic down coat brand (named BRAND A in this study), and then studied and analyzed the relationships among digital integrated and interactive brand communication (DIIBC), brand value, and organizational performance through SEM analysis methods. The results showed that DIIBC had an indirect negative significant positive effect on organizational performance through brand value, while it had a highly significant direct positive effect on the organizational performance of this brand in China’s domestic down coat industry, and DIIBC’s final function on organizational performance was highly significant positive.
The purpose of the study is to create proposals and recommendations to improve the system evaluating the quality of governance and efficient use of budget funds in order to improve public welfare and sustainable development. The research methodology included application of statistical methods to review scientific articles, legislative acts and other documents, study models for evaluating the quality of governance and efficient use of budget funds. Mathematical modeling and forecasting methods were also used to assess aspects of governance and predict the results when changes are made, including building a trend model and determining the forecast values of accrued taxes and mandatory payments for 2024–2026. The conclusions highlight there is a positive correlation between the accrued taxes and mandatory payments to the budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and an economic growth and changes in tax legislation. The key factors influencing the quality of governance and efficient use of budget funds were identified. Recommendations were developed to improve the quality assessment system and governance of budget funds in order to increase efficiency and responsibility in financial management. The results of the study can be used by public administration bodies and financial institutions to optimize the governance of budget funds.
The rise of digital communication technologies has significantly changed how people participate in social protests. Digital platforms—such as social media—have enabled individuals to organize and mobilize protests on a global scale. As a result, there has been a growing interest in understanding the role of digital communication in social protests. This manuscript provides a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the evolution of research on digital communication and social protests from 2008 to 2022. The study employs bibliometric methodology to analyze a sample of 260 research articles extracted from the SCOPUS core collection. The findings indicate a significant increase in scholarly investigations about digital communication and its role in social protest movements during the past decade. The number of publications on this topic has increased significantly since 2012—peaking in 2022—indicating a heightened interest following COVID-19. The United States, United Kingdom, and Spain are the leading countries in publication output on this topic. The analysis underlines scholars employing a range of theoretical perspectives—including social movement theory, network theory, and media studies—to identify the relationship between digital communication and social protests. Social media platforms—X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube—are the most frequently studied and utilized digital communication tools engaged in social protests. The study concludes by identifying emerging topics relating to social movements, political communication, and protest, thereby suggesting gaps and opportunities for future research.
The global economic recession has caused pessimism in terms of prospects of sales recovering in the future. The present study is an attempt to investigate the cost stickiness behavior by focusing on specific characteristics of companies. The research was done through documentary analysis and access to quantitative data, with the use of statistical methods for analysis as panel data. The statistical population of the actual study included all companies listed on the India stock exchange from 2017 to 2021. They were selected after screening 128 listed companies. The regression method was used to examine the relationship between variables and to present a forecast model. The results of testing the first hypothesis showed that companies’ costs are sticky and according to the results of this hypothesis, an increase in costs when the level of activity increases is greater than the level of reduction in costs when the volumes of the activities are decreased. The results of the second hypothesis showed a remarkable relationship between the cost stickiness and specific characteristics of companies (size, number of employees, long-term assets, financial leverage, and accuracy of profits forecast). Based on the third hypothesis, there is a notable difference between cost stickiness at different levels of specific characteristics of companies. Therefore, the results show that environmental uncertainty such as COVID-19, increases cost stickiness.
Managerial coaching in training programs is an important management style that fosters effective communication between immediate supervisors and employees in sustainable organizations. This study assesses the relationship between managerial coaching in training programmes, green motivation and employee green behaviour. A questionnaire was used to collect data from employees across various positions in five public organisations in Malaysia. SmartPLS software was employed to evaluate the measurement model, structural model and test research hypotheses. The SmartPLS path model analysis results reveal that the influence of managerial coaching in training programmes on employee green behaviour is indirectly affected by green motivation. The study’s findings suggest that consistent implementation of managerial coaching in training programmes by immediate supervisors managing training activities can instigate green motivation in employees, subsequently motivating them to enhance their green behaviour. These findings provide valuable insights for practitioners, helping them understand the nuances of green motivation in training programmes and develop strategic action plans to enhance managerial coaching in training programmes. It, in turn, contributes to achieving and sustaining organisational goals and strategies in the era of globalisation and the knowledge-based economy.
